Unpersönliches Hotel, das aber funktioniert
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, alles funktioniert, alles sauber. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, wenn man eines gesehen hat

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist am Wochenende nur bis 11.00 Uhr besetzt. Man muss den schlüsselkasten erst mal finden (im 3. UG). Bis zum Frühstück am nächsten Morgen keine Menschenseele im Hotel gesehen, schon bisschen spooky. Dafür auch zu teuer

Personal zuvorkommend und unkompliziert, Sonderwunsch (glutenfrei, laktosefrei) wurde gerne erfüllt.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, offen und herzlich!

Cons:

Der Spiegel hatte einen Verfärbung, optisch nicht sehr schön, trotzdem funktional.

Für uns hats sehr gut gepasst.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir waren eine Nacht da für eine Ausstellung im alten Zeughaus. Das Frühstück war gut.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Herisau
Pros:

Sehr grosses und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten.
Super Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl an regionalen Esswaren
Fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof
Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Duschvorhänge sind nicht mehr so zeitgemäss. Dürfte allenfalls dem geschuldet sein, dass es sich um ein hindernisfreies Zimmer handelte (?)
