Pros:

Quarto grande, limpeza, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Acordar às 7h da manhã e chegar à piscina e ter as espreguiçadeiras mais próximas da piscina todas ocupadas com toalhas e um objecto para “marcar lugar”. Um hotel 5 estrelas a preço elevado não devia permitir comportamentos de parque de campismo.

Meget bra hotell med topp renhold. Dette er et veldrevet hotell som anbefales på det sterkeste. Fint bassengområde og flott strand med liggestoler som ble tatt inn om kveldene.

An exceptional stay to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary.
Pros:

I absolutely loved my room with the sea view. The view was amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I had a wonderful stay!
My daughter Diana had an amazing time with the Kids Club staff. They were wonderful, caring, and made her stay truly memorable.
The spa services were exceptional, and I highly recommend the hot stone massage. A special thank you to Ms. Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic and very professional.

Cons:

One area for improvement would be the safety between the beach and the pool. Enhancing safety measures in that area would make the experience even better.

Wonderful family holiday
Pros:

An excellent hotel for a family holiday. A special mention of the lovely kids club, our children didn’t want to leave! They loved Tatiana and Simona who were so great with the kids, caring and fun and brilliant with face paint.

Very nice hotel, nice pools indoor and outdoor.
Good rooms as well. Restaurants in the pricey side. My girls loved the kids club and the gaming room. Very friendly staff overall.

Our stay at the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is beautiful, especially if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning sea views. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool area is perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurants offer great food, and the staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.

One thing worth noting is that the hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Dubrovnik's Old Town, so you'll need transportation if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city. On weekends, it can also get a little noisy due to nearby restaurants and evening activity, but it wasn't enough to take away from our overall experience.

If you eat only halal food, you'll be happy to know there are halal dining options nearby. There's also a grocery store conveniently located just across the street, making it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, or other essentials.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay with beautiful views and easy access to Dubrovnik. I would definitely stay here again.
