Property is great, clean spacious and modern rooms, facilities are great. Views are stunning! Pictures don’t do it justice
The location and the room service food. The property is far out so had difficulty getting Ubers there and back, on one occasion had to wait an hour to get an uber from the old town. The room service food was not great, cold inedible chicken nuggets, when we complained they sent fresh ones but should have been like that in the first place.
Having previously stayed at The Sheraton Dubrovnik, twice in past years, we thought we would stop for breakfast, accompanied by our daughter and grandson, on our way through Srebreno last week.
We were able to pay directly to the hotel on arrival.
The staff are so lovely and our grandson enjoyed the plethora of food available for breakfast, in such a lovely environment.
The buffet breakfast is delightful and well worth the cost.
We look forward to staying in The Sheraton again soon. One of our favourite hotels.

myself and my siblings (age 13, 12 and 7) visited the gaming room most days/nights. It was really fun and the workers there were very nice and helpful to all children and adults there. The food here is also very nice and there is a selection for everyone. I also really enjoyed the variety of pools inside and out and how there was plenty of sunbeds for everyone there. Finally, the rooms are very clean and spacious which is good since we have a big family.
My son Haris loved entertainment room (game room) with Igor, Tatjana and Simone. We were coming here last 10 years and the opening of this game room last year is the best thing for him and also because of wonderful stuff who work there. Great group of people! We love them all!!!!
Fantastic property with wonderful pool and beach. Beautiful hotel overall! Location was outside Dubrovnik, but very convenient with the water taxi right outside the property. As well, the promenade outside along the beach was great. Finally, the buffet breakfast was fantastic and the free parking was nice for a change

Le cadre est paradisiaque et l'accès à la plage est exceptionnel ainsi que la mer qui est fantastique.
Les oreillers n'étaient pas confortables, j'aurais espéré une meilleure qualité. Ça manquait aussi d'ambiance le soir.
The ac didnt cool at all. It was like living in room temperature or hotter.

La piscine est parfois trop animée, empêcher les jeux de ballon, ou faire régner plus de calme serait bien. En prévoir une autre plus calme peut être un avantage.
