コスパも良く満足度高めのホテルです
Pros:

◾️立地の良さ
各線大宮駅から徒歩5分圏だと思うので、すぐに到着しました。
ニューシャトルを利用したので、改札に最も近かったので最高でした。

◾️周辺施設の豊富さ
レストリアン、居酒屋、スーパーマーケット、コンビニ、大きい街中にあるので生活必需品を手にいれるのに不都合はないかと思う。

◾️建物について
外側とフロント、エレベーターは年季を感じますが、特に不都合はなく、客室フロアと客室はリニューアルされていたので快適でした。

◾️支払いについて
現地での支払いでしたが、stelaの端末が置かれてるので各種カードブランド、電子決済、コード決済に対応しています。

◾️Wifiについて
YouTubeやGoogleの各サービス、SNSをやるぶんには遅いと感じることはありません。

凄くガッカリ
Cons:

友達の部屋に前利用者のか、剃刀の刃が、落ちていた。
チェックインから気分悪くなった。ルームクリーニングの杜撰さが、現れている。
もう利用したくないです。

お天気が雨だったので近いのは最高でした！
Pros:

駅からも近いし、ソニックシティーに目と鼻の先！近くて本当によかった。フロントも若い女の子だったけど、対応良かったです。外出の際鍵を預けるのが、少し面倒でしたが24時間フロント対応と聞いたので、そこは良しとして(^^)又LIVEがあったら利用したいです。

Cons:

鍵は良しとして、特に感じず
朝食のおかずは物価高だから、、でも美味しかった

Pros:

清潔でベッドは寝心地よく、アメニティは過不足なく、接客は感じよかった。

Cons:

今回泊まった部屋には椅子がなく、デスク代りの狭い棚がベッドの足元にあり、デスクワークするにはベッドに座るしかなく、マットレスが沈み込むため良い姿勢が保てず、疲れた。また、このように座るとTVが全く視野に入らないので、デスクワークしながら時々TVを見ることが出来なかった。ハンガーは2本しかなく、クリップ付きのハンガーがなかった。また、宿泊費は同レベルのビジホに比べ、2千円ほど高いと感じた。
