双方のりんりんロードへのアクセスも近いので自転車乗りには悪くないホテルです。
Pros:

サイクリングいばらきのサイトで紹介されていた様に持ち込んだロードバイクをロビーで預かって頂いたため、サイクリングを楽しむ目的での旅行を快適に行えました。

Cons:

建物次第が古い印象なので色々色褪せたりしてるのは仕方ないが、シャワールームにて蛇口の裏手に毛が残っていたり、使用用途が分からない棚がそのまま着いたままだったのは配慮が行き届いていない印象を受けた。

初宿泊にもかかわらず、説明があまりにも無さすぎ。
Pros:

ロケーションぐらいかな。

Cons:

初めての宿泊にもかかわらず、フロントの説明があまりにも無さすぎた。
例えば、(朝食の件など、一切説明がなかったし、聞かれたことは、車で来たのかだけだった。)

それから、駅から遠く、足を悪くしているため、３０分程掛かったか、徒歩だった為、足が痛くなった。(高齢には厳しいと思う)

特にありません。

Cons:

喫煙可の部屋とは言え、ニオイはキツめだし、床の汚れも気になるところ。
コンソールからも微かな電気系の唸り音が聞こえ、なかなか寝付けませんでした。
あと、出来るものなら電子レンジは欲しいですね。

Pros:

霞ヶ浦に釣りに行くとき何回か利用していて慣れているので。泊まる時はだいたい8F以上なので霞ヶ浦と街が見渡せて良いです、が、すぐ下の郵便局も上からまる見えなので個人的には面白くて好きです(笑)。

Cons:

設備等古いので色々ありますが…(汗)、個人的には問題無いです。
