Ganz okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ruhiges Hotel was schon etwas älter ist.
Es ist sauber und die Zimmer sind groß. Doch die Ausstattung ist wirklich schon in die Jahre gekommen... es gibt auch renovierte Zimmer, wie die sind, weiß ich nicht.
Das Onsen ist ganz nett und lässt einen die Natur genießen (wenn man den Außenbeleuchtung nutzt).
Das Personal war freundlich und es gibt einen Shuttle Service zur Bahnstation.

Cons:

Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Amazing hotel, beautiful onsen, restaurant was 10/10 and stunning location.
Pros:

Beautiful onsen, clean big comfortable room in the mountains, all the amenities you need, amazing staff, the restaurant food was absolutely outstanding. The massage chairs were also a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Precioso pero un poco caro.
Pros:

El lugar es precioso, y el onsen es espectacular.

Cons:

Pagamos 200€ por una noche dos personas. El sitio es precioso pero está alejado. Mi pareja es celíaca y no tienen nada en el hotel sin gluten, tuvimos que salir a cenar fuera a las 18:00h y en mayo ya es de noche y no hay nada cerca (como se ve en las fotos).

Por el precio que se paga, y teniendo en cuenta lo alejado que está, podrían tener un par de opciones sin gluten.

The staff were very friendly, the food was exceptional and we very much enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We opted to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was a good decision as it is not very near to any other restaurants. The food was amazing- like a top French restaurant. I am a vegetarian, which was catered for. I had a delicious selection of beautifully cooked vegetables each evening. I also enjoyed the free bar from 3pm which had a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Cons:

The decor of the main parts of the hotel is a little dated in places, but our room was recently refurbished and very comfortable.

Cons:

Too far from the station with limited hours on when the hotel offers a shuttle service.

The booking advertised a privet onsen, however it is an on-site onsen. Not private to your room.

El señor que nos atendio en el momento del check in fue muy poco amable y colaborativo.
Parecia que molestabamos con nuestras preguntas y no nos opfrecio ninguna solucion a nuestras solicitudes.
El resto del personal de recepcion fue muy bien.Normal
