Pros:

価格が安かったので期待してませんでしたが、ホテルの方の対応が良くて大満足。

軽井沢に旅行の際にはまたコチラに宿泊したいと思います。
下手な高級ホテルより絶対良いです。
オススメです。

深夜に食べるものがない
Pros:

軽井沢は夜遅くなるとコンビニもなく、レストランの閉店も早いため、近隣では軽食もとれない。ルームサービスや土産店や自販機で食事を購入できるようにするなど配慮が欲しい。

溫柔，體貼及有禮貌的工作人員為這家報到櫃檯位於二樓的飯店增色許多。此外，隨時可以預約飯店至滑雪場及車站的接送服務也是服務的特色。總結，非常好的飯店體驗，我們一定再來。

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! We visited over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were fantastic! Although there was a language barrier, everyone was friendly and really made an effort to make sure our needs were met.
The hotel isn’t in the best location but you can easily walk into town and the hotel provides a shuttle to the ski resort and train station.
Our room was huge! Even by American standards.

場所も良くコスパにはリーズナブルで満足しています。ルームサービスでも融通きかせてくださり有り難かったです。
エントランスまでが階段でしたが、荷物が重かったため、少し大変でした。帰りはスタッフが持って下さいました。

間酒店好舊, 雖然我知好凍, 但房入面內置暖氣, 令人好焗好辛苦, 最慘入面連風線又冇, 冷氣又冇, 職員連基本英文都講唔到, 正面有條長樓梯仲要冇lift...再講, 話就話近滑雪場及輕井澤站(其實我覺得都唔太近, 都要行成15分鍾）, 行都唔係問題啦, 間野附近連便利店, 仲要行入酒店果段路連街燈都好少, 好恐怖, 強烈唔建議大家黎.
