Relax Inn By OYO Natural Bridge I-81

The bathroom could use some updating. Fixtures are old and hard to clean.

I had contracted some sort of a stomach bug...so at midnight when I was in the bathroom, I discovered there was about 1/2" of toilet paper on the roll...and NO SPARE ROLL....use your imagination.
It is a per friendly motel...(both good and bad...I like my dog, not necessarily yours)...and you could smell a hint of dog smell in the room...not horrible but I kept getting the sensation that someone's little angel had slept on my pillow a couple of nights before....

It was nasty. Dead and alive bugs EVERYWHERE. Stains on the sheets. Nothing but the WiFi worked in the room. They couldn’t provide clean towels in a timely manner.

Arrived around 9pm due to driving down from Rhode Island. Arrived and nobody was at the desk, called the number provided and was told to wait 3 minutes which needed up being 20 minutes. Called again and was told “1 more minute” which ended up being about another 5 minutes. The property manager drove into the lot and then proceeded to check me in. He also had told me they had no hot water, so I guess no showering!
Upon entering the room I noticed that it had a very stale scent, the heat was blasting on high when the temperature outside was 70°. There was no smoke detector, just wires hanging from the ceiling where I assume there would be a smoke detector. The toilet seat was actually disgusting and there were poop stains in the toilet.

TV didn’t work, we had to ask to get a room with a working TV which they swapped from another room. Old pictures that had been removed from the wall in the dresser drawers. A condom was also in the drawer- gladly it was unused. Room was cluttered, maybe it had been used for storage.

No chain lock on the door. Sketchy area. Isolated. The bed was very hard.

It was dirty and broke down with awful management

Je pense que la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyer depuis un boute. Une débarbouillette était sur le bord de la douche utilisé et sécher la. J'ai laver les meubles , lavabo et frigidaire. J'ai coucher habiller, pas pris ma douche entrée le strict nécessaire. J'étais trop fatigué pour changer de place. J'ai trouver des bebittes mortes par terre près du lit Le lavabo, coulait par terre et coulait tres lentement. J'étais contente d'avoir ma débarbouillette . La chambre et l'équipement était acceptable mais la propreté inacceptable . L'office etait sale ainsi que l'entrée de la chambre dehors.Même s'il y aurait eu un déjeuner ou même un café, je l'aurais pas prit.
