Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport à la zone touristique malgré sa situation dans une rue à sens unique.

Cons:

Les équipements vieux et réparés à la vas vite au dépend du confort et de la sécurité du client. Le ménage est mal fait.
Le propriétaire m'a demandé de mettre une bonne note mais vu la chambre que nous avons eu , ce n'est pas possible.
Une clim défaillante et un ventilo qui ne peut pas arrêter d'osciller.
Une porte d'entrée qui laisse passer tout les bruits extérieurs.
Dommage, le patron est sympathique et attentionné.

Posizione ottima per essere in centro vicino ai mercatini notturni di Hanoi. Se dovete andare in aeroporto invece è piu scomodo

This was one of my best vacations.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and nice, and the prices were reasonable. It's quite close to the lake, so you can walk there. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were put in a different room for the first night that we didn’t book, no window and 2 single beds different bathroom with the drain overflowing.

Then moved to the room we paid for the next night, tv didn’t work, water pressure was very low, pillows were well past their use by date

Fantastisk beliggenhed i forhold til byen

Beliggenhed var perfekt og personalet søde.

Cons:

Billederne var lidt misvisende, Receptionen var også en massage klinik og man skulle møve sig forbi massagestole med kufferterne for at komme til elevatoren. Kunne ikke se nogen brandalarm på værelset og der var gitter for vinduet.
