Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親切で、気持ちよく過ごせました。
一階の部屋で、ベランダから直接ビーチへ出られるロケーションは最高です。

Cons:

部屋の昭和レトロな雰囲気は気になりませんでしたが、キッチン周りや部屋全体的に油汚れや埃が目立ち、長年、床以外はあまり清掃されていないように感じました。
ベッドは柔らかめで、布団は薄めでした。
写真を見る限り、他の建物の部屋は新しいようなので、どの建物にあたるかは運次第です。

駐車場も多く、荷物の出し入れがしやすかった。
アメニティは、固形石鹸とトイレットペーパーぐらいで
あとは、受付のところで購入しないといけない。タオル、シャンプー等もなかった。宿泊のコスパはとてもいいので、事前に自分で準備したりしれば、安く抑えたい人には
いいと思います！砂浜も、すぐ行けるので今度は夏場に利用したいと思いました！

다시 방문할 마음이 있습니다.
Pros:

화장실이 좁긴 하지만, 다른 시내 비지니스호텔보다는 공간 넓은 편이고, 다만 조명이 어둡습니다. 방안에 실내 간접조명이 하나라 해 진 뒤에는 침침한 느낌. 바로 앞 해변도 파닥파닥 물놀이에는 괜찮고, 조용히 산책하기도 좋습니다. 번화가가 아니니 마켓이나 편의시설 사용은 불편하지만 모토부항 가깝고(마을버스로 2정류장?) 시간맞춰 버스 오니 뚜벅이에게도 크게 나쁘진 않습니다.
사장님 늦은 체크인에도 환하게 반겨주시고, 이런저런 질문에 친절히 대응해주십니다.
다른 직원분도 매우 친절하셨습니다.
조용하고 나른하게 지내기에는 좋습니다.

가성비 최고호텔!
Pros:

바다바로앞에 호텔이 이가격이라니 굉장히 만족합니다! 조식도 굉장히 맛있었구요 직원분들도 매우친절하였습니다 화장실도 깨끗하구요! 다만 침대매트리스가 좋지않았고 엘리베이터가 없다는게 최대 단점이네요 이 두가지빼고는 정말 좋아요

騒音、振動、浄化槽の臭い
Pros:

毎朝、改装工事をしているなら予約時に教えて欲しい。コンドミニアム練は早朝からのドリルの音で目が覚め、振動で部屋にいることは辛く、早々にチェックアウトしました。バスルームの排水溝からの臭いも部屋の中まで充満し、空気清浄機が2台ありましたが追い付かず。とても安眠できる環境ではありませんでした。オーシャンビューの部屋の写真とは全く異なり、松の木で海も見えませんでした。フロントの年配の方は言葉使い、説明もできず、諦めました。今までの沖縄のホテルではワースト１です。エクスペディアの写真はあてになりません。

조용한 분위기, 건물 앞 바닷가로 눈이 즐거운 페션같은 호텔
Pros:

시설은 바닷가 앞이라 염분 때문인지 오래되고 낡았지만 관리는 비교적 잘된편.
북적거리는 호텔 느낌보단 펜션 느낌나는 호텔.
단출하지만 해안가 풍경보며 먹는 조식은 진짜 좋음.
주변에 편의점이 없고 차로 10분내 거리에 식당,마켓있음.

其實地點很不錯，但是盥洗用品需自備並沒有特別先註明外，連浴巾、毛巾都需自備，有點可惜，房間也稍嫌小了一點點。
