Lovely clean place with exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and the rooms and facilities were very clean. We also found the location great, grabs are so adorable and everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20 min journey.

Cons:

Could be more toilet roll, soap etc, but other than that can’t fault the place :)

Very clean and updated. Close to a bunch of cool stuff like the Muay Thai stadium and Khaosan road.

Nada.

Cons:

Teníamos la reservación a través de booking porque llegábamos en avión a la 1AM y nuestra reservación nunca apareció en el hotel. Tuvimos que caminar 1 hora en la noche con maletas para encontrar dónde dormir sin ayuda del recepcionista.

「タイが大好きになる」そんな宿泊でした！！
Pros:

ホテルがすごく清潔で広く過ごしやすかったです。
私たちはタイ語は話せないことに加え、初のタイ旅行で不安だったのですが、フロントのミューさんが英語で優しく対応して下さって本当に助かりました。コインランドリーの使い方がわからず、困ってた時にも笑顔で親切にして下さって、充実した3泊４日になりました。

26 óra utazás után érkeztem a szállásra, ahol egy kedves hölgy fogadott, és közölte hogy nincs náluk foglalásom. A foglalás visszaigozálást nem fogadta el, a hotel neve megváltozott az érkezés előtt egy nappal. A recdpción vártam a Booking.com hivatalos segítségét. egy órát vártam, ezalat 4 másik utazó is érkezett, akit szintén elutasítottak, nincs foglalásuk címen. Nem tudtam náluk szobát foglalni, mondván teltházvan. A Booking.com hivatalos segítsége megpróbálta felvenni a kapcsolatot a tulajdonossal, aki nyersen közölte, nincs szoba. A neten található csalások leírás pontosan megegyezik az általam tapasztaltakkal. Nem ajánlom senkinek, csalók.
