Decent stay close to airport.
Pros:

Very dated. 3 star at best not 4+ rating it reflected on Booking.com.

It was convenient to the airport but may not be for you if you’re a light sleeper.
Pros:

The beds are reasonably comfortable and they have a convenience store (Daily Yamazaki) on the lobby level.

Cons:

Our room was adjacent to the end of the airport runway and directly over a train line so it was quite noisy. The planes do stop at midnight.

Pros:

カーペットにシミが無く、清潔感がいたる所で感じられました。
部屋もきれいで、丁度良いサイズでした。
食堂も清潔でした。大きな窓から、飛行機の離陸が間近に見えるのも良かったです。

12階の部屋でしたが、エレベーターの設備がよく、ほとんど待つこともなく移動できました。
