Clean and safe. Access to a shuttle is nice.
I wish I had known/somebody had told me about about the onsen. I only doive out the morning if my departure while wandering around.

空港に近く、おちついたホテル。
Pros:

宿泊した部屋からは、森が広がっておりおちついた雰囲気であった。

Cons:

子供連れの家族が廊下で話す声がうるさかった（声が室内にかなりの音量で入ってくる）。

Pros:

The location being close to Narita airport was great and the offered a free shuttle service to the airport which was a welcome relief as cabs are expensive.
Their shuttle service also takes you to Aeon shopping mall and Narita bus station if you want to explore the city - lots of restaurants for some awesome local foods.

Cons:

We found nothing to not like about this hotel.
