Great Hotel in a lovely mountain village
Pros:

Very friendly staff.
Lovely breakfast and dinners.
Decent rooms with good bathrooms.

Cons:

We went for a ski holiday. Although there is a ski lift close by (very close), its too far to walk in ski boots. So you can drive or take the bus. We ended up driving as the bus was infrequent and always very full. There was an option to leave equipment at the base of the lift which also could have worked.

Bello ma migliorabile
Pros:

L'hotel è in una ottima posizione, vicino alle piste da sci . Si trova un pò fuori San Martino che comunque è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. La struttura mostra qualche segno dell'età, ma è stata rimodernata molto bene, è accogliente e le camere vista montagna hanno un panorama favoloso. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Nell'hotel è presente un piccolo staff di animazione sia per i bambini che per gli adulti e vengono organizzate escursioni di vario tipo. La colazione a buffet è abbastanza ricca e di qualità, anche se le bevande calde vengono erogate dalle macchinette.

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione. Il cibo è abbastanza buono, ma non particolarmente saporito e invitante. Il menù ha solo due scelte sia di primo che di secondo (di cui una zuppa e un piatto freddo), quindi c'è poca scelta, inoltre è anche poco vario.
Al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che il centro benessere e la vasca idromassaggio all'aperto (bellissima) sono su prenotazione e a pagamento , cosa non specificata nella descrizione dell'hotel. Non solo, il prezzo è per persona e per un tempo limitato.. Ci siamo chiesti perché il costo a persona? Se usiamo il centro benessere in 2 o in 4 i costi per la struttura non sono gli stessi?

Lovely stay at San Martno and beautiful Mountain Views at hotel.
Pros:

Warm and comfortable and very good breakfast. Ideal for Tognola lift where you can leave your boots and skis. Town is lovely worth a few days rest and get away. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Found the evening meal a bit boring and very rustic but well served and drinks are good value. Pity the hot tub and sauna are extra cost.

Vorrei fare i complimenti ad Alessandro e la sua ragazza (gli animatori) che hanno reso questo soggiorno indimenticabile...sono davvero bravissimi e professionali.
La struttura è vicina agli impianti e pulita

Cons:

Assolutamente non mi è piaciuto il cibo di scarsa qualità e la pasta quasi sempre scotta...
Dolci ripetitivi e vecchi.
Camera piccola e la doccia mancava la porta di chiusura si vedeva del nastro che era stato messo poiché si era rotta evidente e non è stata riparata ma staccata del tutto.

Prima di tornarci ci penso bene

Ho cenato e devo dire buono il mangiare ed empatico il personale del servizio

Cons:

La colazione non mi è piaciuta , brioche secche , poca scelta .il personale della mattina era scostante, la camera era piccola di sentivano tutti i rumori mai dormito ! Un phon in bagno che non asciuga parliamo dell’età primitiva !
