Overall, a practical and affordable choice for a short stay
Pros:

A good budget hotel that is definitely worth the price. You shouldn’t expect a modern renovation or luxury conditions, but it’s a solid option if you just need a place to stay overnight.

The location is convenient — about a 20-minute walk from Saint-Lazare train station, which makes it easy to get around the city. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, and the neighborhood feels calm and safe.

Cons:

One downside is that there is no elevator. If your room is on the 4th or 5th floor, you’ll need to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself.

Pros:

La habitación estaba calefaccionada y era cómoda. La atención del personal era buena.

La salón compartido. No tenían hervidor y el microondas estaba muy sucio.

Pros:

El personal de limpieza , se molesta por hacer su trabajo .

Cons:

Que la señora que limpia , no tenía mi habitación a la hora del check in , el señor de recepción tuvo que solucionar la situación , y ella fue grosera , pensando que no entiendo el francés .

It wasn’t a comfortable to stay

Location absolutely in central

Cons:

The cleanliness was absolutely horrible. The bed sheets were not clean and smelled bad.

It felt more like a shared apartment than a proper hotel. There is a shared kitchen, as well as shared showers and toilets in the hallway.

You can clearly hear everything—when neighbors are cooking in the kitchen, when they are showering, and even their movements. The smell from the kitchen spreads into the rooms, which is very unpleasant.

It is also very noisy. You can hear everything, including other guests and even a neighbor’s child crying.

Overall, it was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay

Buenas ubicación cerca de 2 paradas de metro y tren. Zona de restaurantes y supermercado cerca. Hotel tranquilo sin mucho ruido

Cons:

Hotel anticuado. Olor peculiar. Me encontré la habitación el primer dia regular de limpieza. Mejoró con el paso de los dias.

Le sejour était excellent pour le prix
Pros:

Je viens de rentrer. L’emplacement est excellent et facilite les déplacements. Un grand merci aussi au réceptionniste, qui était super gentil, accueillant et serviable. La chambre était également nettoyée quotidiennement.

Cons:

Pas d'isolation du son entre les chambres

Hotel bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Bon rapport qualité/prix, chambre avec douche et toilettes.
Hotel ancien mais maintenu a niveau les cloisons sont fines mais les clients respectueux aucun bruit entendu sur 2 nuitées.
Nous nous sommes bien reposé lors de ce séjour de formation.
Le chauffage est fonctionnel, il fait bon dans la chambre et la litterie va bien.
