Great boutique hotel in Florence.
Pros:

The boutique hotel is in the Piazza Di Santa Maria Novella which has many restaurants, cafes and gelaterias. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The buffet breakfast was very well done and had a good variety of food. You are walking distance to everything. The area is very safe.

Pros:

The breakfast staff was so nice and attentive. By day 3 they would bring my favorite coffee without even asking. The receptionists were really nice and helpful too. I have been to this hotel a few times now and I’ll definitely return.

Perfect location and elevated style for a good rate!
Pros:

Location and the eclectic artistic style of the hotel was exceptional. Delightful well-dressed staff. Good breakfast too!

Cons:

The lighting controls in our room were a bit of a mystery, but we managed.

Great stay overall
Pros:

Great stay overall! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and the facilities were well maintained.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was no control over the air conditioning in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would happily stay here again.

Best hotel we have stayed at in Florence.
Pros:

Almost everything was exceptional. Walking distance to the tram in 5 min. Best way to get downtown from the Airport. Pretty much within 10 min walk from anyplace you want to go. Also they have an agreement with a garage if you need to park a car. There are rental cars at the train station 5 min away so its best to just get a day rental when you need it.

Cons:

The cleaning staff removed the soap dispenser from my room the last day. I presume to refill it. But they never put it back. Also I had 3 bottles of water I had purchased in the mini fridge. They removed them and threw them out. The shower was way too small. I kept bumping the water making it too hot, too cold, or shut off by accident. Also the doors didnt seal right so we got water all over the place.
