Completely amazing!
Pros:

EVERYTHING!!

Cons:

Some type of contraption to get your luggage from the bottom to the top floor would be cool but other than that, everything was 100%! And I will drag my luggage up Any chance I get to stay there!!!

Great getaway, perfect location, the friendliest staff. Love this place.
Pros:

Location is perfect, close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough that its quiet at night and you can sleep peacefully, yet still close enough to see parades and bands practicing on Esplanade while on the balcony in the daytime which is exactly what you need while in NOLA. Staff is just wonderful, they are attentive, friendly, professional and always going the extra mile to help in any aspect. Seriously they are great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and make you feel like home for your stay. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back.

Great location and lots of charm, decent but undersized beds.

Great location and unique style. Clean, staff friendly. Access to balcony in room unique.

Cons:

Be aware that bed in each bedroom is full size. Description is confusing and lists queen and doubles? One room has an open window to the livingroom. The sofa bed on the living room was very uncomfortable and it was difficult to share a full. Also, we did not know it was 3 flights up of stairs. May want to mention that to those booking. Balcony a little sketchy. Also, better coffee and real cream? It felt like motel coffee.

Pros:

The staff was amazing! Very helpful the whole time. The location was great for our family. Everything was within walking distance and still far enough away where we could relax at the end of the day.

Cons:

No complaints. Absolutely loved our stay!

Comfortable accommodation in amazing house
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Whilst bathroom and kitchen were clean and tidy, when I opened the bedroom curtains I could see it hadn’t been dusted for some time.
Swimming pool was also closed due to repairs and I had mentioned being excited to use the pool in an early communication, but not been told about it.

Really nice rooms with very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again! Great price.
Pros:

The lady working the front desk was exceptionally nice! We had asked if there was bottled water somewhere in a vending machine or something, and she gave us two bottles from her office free of charge. The rooms were very spacious, she had warned us that they had just painted the room earlier today and it still smelled a little bit, but the smell was gone the moment we got back later in the day. The room was very nice with lots of space, and it was a great deal for our needs.

Cons:

The only complaint we could have had if we had to pick, is that my spouse was a little worried about the safety of the balcon due to its drooping. I dont think it was a big deal, but I suppose the sloping of it could pose a problem to some.
