Fabulous place and staff!
Pros:

Location was fabulous! Easy walk to the French Market, Bourbon Street and Frenchman Street! Staff was fabulous! My husband has mobility issues,and Asia helped us with our luggage and offered suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities.

Cons:

Everything was great!

Pros:

I'm very glad we decided to go with the balcony room. We were able to sit and watch everyday life in New Orleans and able to walk to Bourbon Street.

Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la situation géographique. La chambre est à deux pas du French quarter, du musée du jazz et des clubs de jazz sur frenchman street.

Cons:

Nous avons manqué d’équipement pour nous préparer à manger. Nous avons demandé des couverts supplémentaires car nous en manquions (nous étions quatre). Une petite casserole supplémentaire et un ouvre bouteille seraient nécessaires.

Great location between the Quarter and Frenchman Street
Pros:

Really good location on the quieter side of the quarter. Room was spacious with a small kitchenette. The property is a historic building. If you're on the ground floor, be prepared to hear the folks above you. The property does provide earplugs.

Cons:

We had a room in the courtyard by the pool. Each morning between 8:30 and 9:00 staff was using a leaf blower on the patio. It wasn't a great way to be jolted out of bed each morning. One morning, I saw a female employee blowing debris - leaves and dirt - directly into the pool. Two hours later, a different employee repeated the process. It appeared the pool was never cleaned during our stay. Always read the fine print when you select a property on Booking.com. The day of our arrival, the property began blowing up my email for a $250 damage deposit - It was confusing because we had already paid for our stay, via Booking.com, a week prior to our arrival. The property's email message contained a separate payment link, outside of Booking.com, and I wasn't sure if the request was legitimate. The property even called me as we were taxiing down the runway trying to get this $250 deposit! It would be helpful if the property made some attempt to contact the customer prior to the day of arrival. I'm assuming this was just an oversight.

Pros:

The location was ideal. Mattresses were comfortable. Staff was friendly, and very obliging, and polite.

Cons:

The headboard was not secured to either the bedframe or the wall, which left it clattering against the brick wall anytime someone shifted in bed. It woke us up repeatedly. No screens on the windows, so we had mosquitos in the bedroom all night. The stairs are quite precarious. Would not recommend the upper floors for anyone with heavy or awkward luggage.

Pros:

We really liked the location of the hotel to the French Quarter. Really close to the French Market and streetcar line. Short walk to Jackson Square. Nice amount of space in the one-bedroom for a family of 4.

Pros:

Staff was excellent! Super nice and accommodating! Great walking location to everything.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. The whole room was kinda sticky. The beds were terrible. The mattress was super noisy , like every time you turned over the whole place could hear and it was rock hard.

Short but pleasant stay. Would want to come back and hang out at their pool in the summer!
Pros:

Uniquely New Orleans property just a 10 minute walk from the center. Comfortable bed and clean space.

Cons:

Some shady folks hanging around at night. Property had lots of locks and codes to keep things safe.
