Idéalement placé mais ne pas s'attendre à un confort exemplaire
Pros:

L'emplacement était idéal afin de rejoindre le quartier français à pied mais aussi la frenchmen street. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement ce qui a été absolument nécessaire avec la chaleur.

Cons:

Il y a eu une fuite d'eau de l'étage supérieur dans la salle de bain. J'ai dû changer de chambre et l'équipe ne m'a pas proposé la moindre compensation. Le linge de lit sentait très fort l'humidité. Le bruit de la cour intérieure (s'il y a d'autres clients qui parlent par exemple) s'entend dans les chambres quasiment sans filtre car il n'y a pas d'insonorisation. Et le parking à 25$ par jour est un terrain vague à ouvrir avec un cadenas (pas très pratique). Pour ce prix là, on aurait pu espérer mieux.

Cons:

Le personnel est malhonnête et jamais présent. Check in et Check out très très compliqué (dispo de 16h a 17h pour le Check in uniquement et nous les avons pas vu pour le Check out). Ils fournissent les mauvais codes d’accès au bâtiment.
Bref rien ne va..

Le logement n’était pas propre a notre arrivé . De plus, nous sommes resté 4 jours dans l’appartement et ils n’ont jamais passé l’aspirateur ou vidé la poubelle.
Les fenêtres du salon et de la chambre ne ferment pas, nous avions donc le bruit de la rue et nous climatisions l’extérieur.
Le sol n’est pas droit et le parquet s’arrache par endroit tellement le bâtiment à travailler. La balcon quand à lui est très dangereux et a des risques de s’effondrer.

Bref logement à fuir !

In the perfect location with the best rooms!
Pros:

I booked the largest room for 3 people to celebrate my birthday in NOLA and it was perfect! There’s tons of room! The bedrooms were nice and the bathrooms while small, are perfectly decorated.

There’s a fully stocked kitchen that was perfect for our needs. We loved and enjoyed be able to sit out on the balcony and people watch for a little.

We loved the pool. My sister had fun with other guests at the pool and the day before I got to enjoy some solo time there.

The hotel is literally located in the middle of everything! It’s possibly the most accessible and perfect location.

I felt like the stay was worth every penny although it was a tiny bit more expensive than some of the other places we looked. It had everything we wanted. Customer service was on point and attended our needs in a timely manner.

Cons:

The cons are few and far between. We did notice that the main bedroom bed felt a little high. It might provide a challenge for people with mobility issues. One thing my sister and I were wishing was that the room had a full length mirror. We ended up using the mirrors at the bottom of the hotel stairs to make sure our outfits didn’t look crazy. The last one is a big one, we had a room that had a loft bedroom and a main bedroom and the main bedroom is right by the stairs. Sadly, it is not soundproof so when guests came in for the Red Dress Run, we found that the stairs can get very loud. We can literally hear everyone talking in the stairwell - waking each other up in their different rooms to get ready to do the run at 6 and 7am. My sister said that sleeping in the loft was the way to go because she couldn’t hear anything.

Cons:

Il n'y avait qu'une seule salle de bain dans notre logement et dans l'une des 2 chambres. Pas adapté pour 2 couples.

Perfekte Lage, sehr schöne Unterkunft und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um New Orleans zu erkunden.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man muss nur die Straße überqueren und ist direkt im French Quarter. Etwa 100 Meter weiter erreicht man bereits den Mississippi. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sauber, hochwertig und gut gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Cons:

Roof leak in kitchen. We changed rooms to find the shower in our new room didn’t have hot water. This issue was not rectified and we had to go back into our old room to shower.

A very beautiful, unique and private property in a great location within the French Quarter.
Pros:

Loved the personal outreach to ensure we had everything we needed both before and during our stay.
Also the location - we were able to walk to everything within the French Quarter, and then catch the streetcars if we wanted to travel further out.

Pros:

I loved that it was in between the French Quarter and Frenchman Street. It gives you the choice of going into the more known areas or going into the areas that are a little hipper. In other words, you're in between both and have the best of both worlds.

Cons:

The pool was a little smaller than I had hoped but it still provided a place for the kids to play.

If I come back to NOLA for a visit, I would stay there again and definitely recommend your hotel to others.
Pros:

The suites were very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Great place to stay in NOLA. There was a wonderful balcony overlooking the street. It was not that hot outside so we were able to sit out there. The huge oak trees gave us some shade. The staff was the very best!!! They were very friendly, completely attentive to our needs, and very professional.

Cons:

Actually, we have no complaints.

Pros:

We love this property and stay here each time we come to New Orleans. Beautiful property, easy walk to all the places you’d like to go. Perfect little pool!
