I would stay at this location again because of the staff and the clean rooms.

The staff was wonderful before arriving, answered all of my questions and were very polite.

Cons:

Only difficulties was they one of the rooms was. It wasn’t available until after 5pm

Perfect location to walk in New Orleans
Pros:

From the start the customer service was excellent. The room was way bigger than what I expected and perfect location for us. The room was quiet inside even though it was next to a big road. We would stay here again.

The location was amazing. We stayed in 300A and had the whole balcony to ourselves. It was an amazing deal and loved how it felt like had the whole place.

Fantastic place, we will be going back!
Pros:

Beautiful well maintained historic building. So much charm and everything we needed was right there! The terrace overlooking canal street was amazing. The only thing is that with the excellent location it’s very loud at night. The earplugs were a great addition😁

Pros:

Loved the location and the balcony. Beds were comfortable and apartment had everything we needed.

Cons:

The outdoor furniture on the balcony could use some help as it’s damaged and looks bad but other than that everything was good

A short but unforgettable stay.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly communicative and accommodating, everyone was so nice. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and the location was perfect. We were in town for a show at Saenger Theatre and had a beautiful view of it. My now fiancé proposed to me on the balcony!

Cons:

They change front door access codes every Friday. We weren’t given the new code and had to call the hotel emergency number. No biggie, we made it back inside without issue.
