Bom custo/benefício. Bem localizado, café excelente e confortável. Ponto de atenção para limpeza.

O café da manhã, espaço do banheiro, pressão do chuveiro, localização e conforto são excelentes.

Cons:

Cafe da manha basico, atendimento na recepção muito boa, nada de extraordinario mas bom. acomodação boa, porem PECA por detalhes como mancha na roupa de cama, e as cadeiras do cafe da manha manchadas, puro detalhe

Cons:

Roupa de cama, melhor, pois achei manchas que poderia ser melhor, toalha esta na hora de trocar, elevador falta limpeza nas portas e internamente.

Os funcionários são educados, simpáticos. A localização foi ótima perto do shopping e do evento.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado bem barulhento, as toalhas e o box um pouco encardidas, poderia ser melhor. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas para quem chega na última 1 hora de café não encontra por exemplo, ovos mexidos, croissant ou molho de cachorro quente.

Equipe atenciosa. Quarto amplo e cama confortável. O quarto era tipo um apart-hotel, havia bancada para comer.

Cons:

Não havia frigobar no quarto. Para comprar água, tinha que descer na portaria. O café da manhã já estava frio na hora que chegamos (estávamos dentro do horário). A piscina estava em reforma.

Preço elevado para quartos com falhas de manutenção.
Pros:

A equipe do estabelecimento é muito cordial, atenciosa e prestativa.
Os quartos e os corredores são limpos e o café da manhã é bem servido.

Cons:

O ar condicionado de meu quarto (909) desarmava a todo momento. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e fomos alocados em um quarto com manchas de infiltrações na parede, vazamento de água no vaso sanitário e assento sanitário manchado. O ar condicionado, embora funcionasse na marca dos 17°C, não gelava o ambiente.
Falta ao gestor verificar os quartos para assegurar uma boa condição da hospedagem. Oferecer aos hóspedes quartos com necessidade de manutenção é inaceitável.
O valor elevado da estada, definitivamente, não condiz com o oferecido.
