Cons:

The toilet door locked out. Can’t get in for the toilet.struggle about an hour at 2 am to open the door. Ruin my sleep and my Family. I request them tto compensate my stay either fully or partially. But not heard anything from them so far.

the room was bit dusty, it wasn't vacuumed properly, the cups were not clean ,the shower was leaking

Stayed multiple times this year when working in the area.
Pros:

Off road parking right outside your room.rooms are large spotlessly clean with facilities for making a light meal. Bathrooms are brand new with fantastic pressure hot water in the shower. Local shops are a 5 min walk.

A convenient place to stay within close access to Lilydale.
Pros:

It was a good location being so close to the heart of Lilydale.

Cons:

Whilst inside the rooms was clean and tidy, the outside of the hotel was a bit tired.

Cons:

Consideration for my unfortunate situation with my vehicle breakdown. I phoned as soon as the wheel bearing broke and could not be repaired as it was Sunday morning. I explained this to Eco motel who told me to send an email through booking.com, which I did. I also followed up with another phone call to the motel who said the manager would review my circumstances and decide whether to refund my booked. I even asked to suspend my booking as I would be continuing my journey once my vehicle was repaired.
