Overall, you get a lot for your money and it is a very spacious place with extremely easy check in.
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel when visiting the area. It is more like an apartment than a hotel room which is great. Very spacious suite with separate bedroom, dining area, living room, fully stocked kitchen, balcony with chairs and table, etc. Large enough for a family and definitely spacious for a couple. Also, even though the hotel is on a main street, the rooms are well insulated because we heard no traffic while in the room. We also didn't hear other guests, which was a bonus.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were really awful. As a result, we had a bad night's sleep. If they upgraded those, the stay would have been perfect. They also should update the lighting, as it was a bit dark.

Great location and well-equipped suites, but malodorous, dirty, and sadly neglected.
Pros:

The location right in the center of Pittsfield is ideal, with easy and ample parking. The suite is large, including a full kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with a standard refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee-maker, and toaster. The bedroom is large with adequate closet and dresser space. The bathroom has lots of counter space and a shower with good water pressure and hot water.

Cons:

The hallway of the building and our entire room reeked of cigarette and pot smoke. Our room had a half dozen automobile air fresheners hanging everywhere to try to overcome the foul odor, showing that the owner knew that people were smoking in the building despite the signs saying it was forbidden. The bed sheets, towels, and upholstered furniture all had stains on them.

Clean and quiet. It's a perfect location. Across from the Colonial Theatre. Center of Berkshires.

The snow removal was almost non existent fire escapes and sidewalks walks were not cleared at all and was days after they had snow fall
