Todo excelente.... excepto el estacionamiento
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias, bien equipadas, bien iluminadas; sábanas limpias y suaves, muy buenas almohadas de 2 tipos: soporte suave y firme. Baño amplio y la ducha excelente. Y el servicio y la atención de todo el personal, muy buena, extraordinaria.

Cons:

El estacionamiento - el tiempo de recepción y entrega de autos es un desastre....

Práctico por ubicación, URGE arreglar mal olor de los baños de habitaciones
Pros:

Staff amables, atentos y eficientes. Excelente ubicacion para mis necesidades.

Cons:

De nuevo, fuerte olor a caño que sale del baño. Y esta vez, el WC de mi habitación se tapo 2 veces con poco papel de baño

Excelente ubicacion y camas muy confortables, el desayuno pésimo
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy comodas , la climatizacion y sobre todo las camas muy comodas asi como la limpieza de los juegos de cama. El baño cumple su objetivo, y la ubicacion es muy buena

Cons:

La TV con muy pocos canales y sin opcion de ver streamings. El desayuno es muuuuy malo, sinceramente si tienen poco presupuesto esta muy lejos de ser un desayuno "bussines class" , poca variedad, el cafe se acaba pronto, etc.

Práctica mas hay que arreglra malos olores
Pros:

Cuarto bonito buenos espacios, cama muy cómoda, cerca de donde necesitaba estar, disposición de transporte incluido para areas cercanas, staff amable y rapidez en check in y check out

Cons:

Por segunda vez me toca cuarto con olor fétido, como a caño. El restaurant del roof no se me antojó, ni la comida ni el espacio: queria jugo o fruta de noche y no había, solo comida que me pareció grasosa

Servicio, limpieza de cuartos excelente, el desayuno con opciones limitadas, pero delicioso de los pocos hoteles con desayuno bueno

Cons:

A lo mejor le falta una forma fácil de llegar a la plaza que está en frente, el camino no es muy cómodo que digamos, si ofrecieran traslado a la plaza sería un gran plus
