Ice machine is not working, a few roaches visible
Location
Pool bottom had lots of black matter at bottom. Top coping could use a good scrub. Not overly inviting just so so.
Hotel & area was nice & breakfast was good
Price wasn't to bad instead of 170 it should of been at least 120 for 1 night because I have spent less & gotten better so yes I do feel they are a Lil over price & the bathroom in my room had a very bad leak when you shower the whole floor was wet but I told clerk at front desk so hopefully they got it fixed before they put someone else in room
The location was convenient.
I was very disappointed with my stay at this Holiday Inn. The cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. The carpet was covered with large stains, the whole property was dirty and poorly maintain. The pool was also nasty and did not appear to be clean. I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I expected much better from a Holiday Inn, unfortunately between the poor customer service and the lack of cleanliness I will not stay here again or recommend this location to anybody.
The staff was nice and helpful
The room ac was not on when we arrived, took 3 hours to cool off. The carpet was dirty throughout the hotel and the fridge in my room leaked water. They offer a "lakeview' room which is barely visible from across the freeway.
Staff breakfast was not bad at all
Old run down some key pads didn't work one of the days they shut off the water toilet seat broken. Shower valve broken just totally run
down. Staff said it was bought by someone else and it was scheduled for a remodel in August
The property smelled like cigarettes and mold.
I stayed one night and the rooms and hallways smelled like cigarettes and very humid. I woke up with a sore throat . I decided to leave early .

Location is excellent, a few restaurants by the lake within walking distance.
The suite was roomy, clean, and comfortable. I had to request some face towels because there were none but room service brought them quickly.
The extra comforter that I asked for had holes in it. However, it kept me warm!
