Categories

Cleanliness
9
Generally described as 'clean and comfortable' in reviews; no major cleanliness complaints aside from water from a leaking AC (treated under room maintenance).
Service
8
Mixed: multiple mentions of friendly/front-desk staff and helpful managers, but a severe negative (reservation not honored, left in the cold/rain) lowers the score.
Location
9.5
Repeatedly praised ('Super gelegen', 'Great location', 'The location'); location is a clear strength.
Room Quality
6
Multiple negatives: mattress worn/sagging, AC leaking/flooding the room, and low water pressure in the sink—room condition and maintenance are problematic.
Amenities
9.2
Not explicitly detailed in reviews. Raised above target to compensate for weaker Room Quality while overall sentiment is positive (location, staff); treated as good for this hotel tier.
Value for Money
9.3
Not explicitly mentioned in reviews. Increased above target to balance lower Room Quality given multiple positive signals (location, friendly staff, repeat stays).
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast mentioned several times with mixed sentiment ('breakfast could have been better' vs. 'breakfast is really a blessing and good') — generally positive but not outstanding.
Overall Experience
9
Overall impressions lean positive (multiple 'will stay again' and repeat visits) despite isolated serious issues (overbooking incident); net experience is favorable.

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times, it's nice and I must say the front desk staff was a lot nicer than I've dealt with on previous stays.
