Pros:

Everything the staff was wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was teenagers in the hot tub (no adult) and the hot tub was dirty.

Pros:

The hotel staff and hotel itself was really nice. The breakfast was nice too.

Cons:

There were other guests that left a bunch of beer cans and bottles by the hot tub. We went early morning and the pool area was a mess. There were wet towels and someone must have broke a beer bottle in the restroom. One guest went in there to change and there was glass all over the floor. I just feel like if the pool is going to be open 24 hours, security should make some rounds in there.

The bed had hair on it, actually all over it. The shower walls were dirty.

Pros:

The room was nice and the shower was nice

Cons:

At 3am was woke up with bed bugs bitting me. Had welts all over and was able to catch a bed bug and all they did was want to change the sheets because they were full. Still have not heard from management
