Hotel không cách âm, cách xử lí của nhân viên buồng phòng quá sức tệ. Mình bỏ quên 1 cái áo của bộ đồ, buồng phòng vào dọn phòng 404 lúc mình out 12h ngày 23/7.
Thì buồng phòng dọn có thấy áo nhưng VỨT BỎ CÙNG RÁC. khi mình liên lạc lại hotel thì ad có nhắn báo lại mình là BUỒNG PHÒNG rep KHÔNG THẤY. Khi mình một mực khẳng định có bỏ quên thì ad mới nói là họ lỡ gom vứt. Vậy buồng phòng có quyền quăng bỏ đồ hay tư trang của khách à ? Hotel đã không được ngon rồi, lần trước đi hotel ăn sáng mình còn đau bụng chưa báo lên ấy. H quay lại ở thì gặp cảnh buồng phòng vứt luôn đồ của mình.
Quá tệ! Ý là deo còn gì tệ hơn luôn

Par où commencer… Si j’avais pu mettre zéro étoile, je l’aurais fait sans hésiter.

Cet hôtel est un véritable scandale, aussi bien en termes d’hygiène que d’accueil.

Les chambres étaient dans un état déplorable : murs qui s’écaillent, draps tachés, traces sur les murs et une climatisation dégageant une odeur très désagréable. L’ensemble donnait une impression de saleté et de manque total d’entretien.

La piscine était tout aussi choquante. L’eau était extrêmement trouble, au point de ne pas donner envie d’y mettre un pied. Quant aux transats, il n’y en avait que deux pour tout l’établissement, dans un état de vétusté avancé.

L’accueil n’a fait qu’aggraver notre expérience. Les deux réceptionnistes ont été particulièrement désagréables : aucun sourire, aucune amabilité. À notre arrivée, elles nous ont affirmé qu’il était impossible de payer par carte bancaire, alors que ce mode de paiement était pourtant indiqué sur Booking. Curieusement, lorsque nous avons annoncé que nous allions partir, un terminal de paiement est apparu comme par magie…

Les espaces communs étaient également étouffants, sans climatisation, ce qui rendait les moments passés hors de la chambre très inconfortables.

Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était une immense déception. Presque exclusivement composé de plats salés à base de viande, sans aucun fruit ni véritable alternative. L’hygiène laissait également à désirer. De plus, la majorité des indications étaient uniquement en russe, sans traduction en anglais, ce qui est incompréhensible pour un établissement accueillant une clientèle internationale.

En résumé, c’est de loin l’un des pires hôtels dans lesquels j’ai séjourné. Je ne le recommande absolument pas.

My stay was disappointing from beginning to end. The check-in staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Only one room key was provided for multiple guests. The bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival, the in-room telephone was not working, the slippers were old and could not be replaced, and the pillows had no pillow protectors, which raised hygiene concerns. Even the breakfast buffet was below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category.
The most disappointing part was how the front desk handled an unexpected situation. We requested a room extension because a 16-year-old family member had a fever and was resting in the room. Instead of showing empathy, the staff communicated in a way that felt dismissive and confrontational. At one point, I was asked, "If you knew the child was sick, why did you leave them alone?" This response was completely inappropriate and unacceptable in a hospitality environment.
I fully understand that hotels have policies regarding check-out times. My disappointment is not with the policy itself, but with the lack of empathy, professionalism, and service recovery. This experience did not reflect the standards I expect from a hotel that presents itself as a 4-star property

Let's start with check-in! Check-in is only after 2 PM, no earlier. But check-out is only at 11 PM, which is extremely inconvenient! The room is old, very old, like it belongs in the last century or two. The electronic locks are terrible; they beep like someone is trying to break into the room. But when you wake up to this sound at random times during the night, it's just awful. Also, the thin walls and perfect 360-degree soundproofing. There are screaming, running children, neighbors talking loudly in the bathroom and on the balcony. And yes, karaoke or football in the bar across the street will make you forget what sleep and adequate rest are. And the constant cleaning from which you can't escape, be prepared for anyone, anyone, to touch your things! The breakfast is disgusting, as is the coffee. This room is not worth the money. I would never stay here again, even for free, and even more so if I were paid. Be prepared that when you go up to the roof to get a breath of fresh air, you will be inhaling cigarette smoke from people who smoke with impunity and have no interest in the health and well-being of those around them.

Отель нуждается в ремонте, бассейн с отколовшимися плитками и не чистый, в номерах есть постоянные жители- муравьи. Отель уставший, отелю нужен апгрейд.

Nội thất khá cũ, máy lạnh không lạnh, yêu cầu thêm quạt thì khách hàng phải xuống sảnh bê lên chứ khách sạn không mang lên cho khách. Hơi thất vọng với số tiền bỏ ra

Забронировали этот отель поздно вечером уже, так как планы изменились, и вынуждены были остаться еще на 1 ночь в Нячанге после поездки в Далат. Ну что сказать. Старый, потрепанный жизнью отель. Очень старый, очень очень старый. В коридоре с самого утра гремели посудой, в общем повторно не поехала бы.

Well. Where to start.
Beds were hard. Room wasn't cleaned properly - longstrands of black hair on the floor in the bathroom (neither of us has long black hair) and stains on sheets and walls. Weird smell as well.
Ants in the room, bad locks on the door, no soundproofing so you hear everyone and everything that appear in the hallway.
Breakfast did not suit us at all, it catered mainly to it's Russian guests - which seemed to be happy about the selection.
However we did manage to get some eggs properly done from the nice breakfast-chef.
We had only booked one night and I was glad we did, I would not stay here again.
