Pros:

The stuff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was extremely super. There were a lot of opportunities from the food and drinks even if you are allergic or vegan. This side of the accommodation was similar to a 5 star hotel where i was in Poland.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the tap at the shower was hard to use.

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Perfect for our trip to St Andrews for a wedding. Clean and fresh, great breakfast. All the staff were lovely. Great value for money.

The only thing that coukd be improved is the seating for breakfast - maybe get rid of the dorm style
Pros:

Location was outstanding. Price was also great. Food options for an evening meal just so so. Breakfast was outstanding - except for the continual scraping of chairs on the floor (yes we get it, there is no way around that)

Exceeded all expectations.
Pros:

Primarily, great value for money in a town that can be pricey. The location is excellent being just a 10 minute walk to the town centre and 5 to the golf course; ideal for going out for a walk at nights. The building is very clean, staff are friendly and there is an abundance of parking included in the price. Unsurprisingly, the room is basic considering its student accomodation but perfectly comfortable, especially for the price. If you're using it as a base to explore then it's ideal - this is affordable accomodation for tourists and business alike. The best point and biggest surprise was the breakfast. Great options, fresh food, great quality - probably the best breakfast we've had at any hotel, way beyond what is reasonable to expect at this price point.

Cons:

Everything was good, mattress could be a little better but thats nitpicking.

Good location and good price for St Andrews
Pros:

Good value for money - for St Andrews. I had a really nice room looking out on woodland, and this time there was hot water for a shower (which there wasn't on my previous visit). Breakfast is great and I also really like Forbes Café Bar for a pint and a pizza (or burger).

Cons:

The mattress on the bed felt pretty worn out. Wasn't uncomfortable once you'd found your position though.

exelent, we got a warm welcome, we arived early but we were aloud in to our room. we would go back.
Pros:

into town good breakfast from 7.00am with a good choice . a nice wee bar for that quiet evening chat. parking just outside main building about 50 mtrs. with a 15 min walk in to town ideal location.

Cons:

room in need of slight upgrade, but when your asleep its fine
