It was a comfortable room with good staff service.
Pros:

I liked the room ( 305)and extra big chair this time. Also the table is nicer to set up things compared to the desk. Nice to have a table on each side of the bed too. House keeping and laundry service was great.

Cons:

I wish the Air Conditioner ( A.C) swing would operate. I could not adjust the direction of the airflow. Also, I wish the TV station in this room had more English channels. Not all room TVs seem to be the same.

Good stay for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The area is brilliant, lots of markets and restaurants around, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The beds need to be updated.

Location is main selling point
Pros:

Location is the main selling point. Staff are great. Quite/peaceful ambiance. Value for money is good

Cons:

Facilities feels old or just not maintained well. Main issues is very creaky bed (wakes us up every time someone moves) and stink coming from toilet/shower room pipes.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent location near lots of pubs and restaurants. Very big room with ac, a fridge, a kettle and a safe. They give you free water in the room every day. Very clean.

Good value hotel in the heart of PP
Pros:

Comfy bed, good shower and bathroom. Perfect location, easy to explore the whole of PP on a short tuktuk.

Cons:

I paid for a 'deluxe room with balcony', but the balcony was tiny, dirty and inhabited by pigeons.
Also I used the laundry service whilst at the hotel, which took 2 days rather than the advertised 1 day.
