Very happy and will stay again.
Pros:

Location is excellent 50 meters from restaurants and bars. A short walk to Riverside. Right behind the Palace.

Pros:

Our room was in the back so it was quiet. Aircon and wifi worked well. Location was close to the markets.

Cons:

We were told we could only have coffee or juice with our breakfast for the first two days. Then after that both were available on a buffet table.

The room needs to be repainted and put new curtains up etc. Lots of stains on everything.

We booked a room with a balcony but it was tiny with nowhere to sit.

A lot of vagrants hanging around outside the hotel door.

Very good breakfast, you can choose one of a few options. There is an elevator. Location close to the Palace, Museum and riverside walk.

Cons:

A lot of night clubs, bars and "massage" places around here, maybe keep in mind if travelling with kinds. The AC wasn't working properly at first, but it was fixed after reporting. Unfortunately even after that it was leaking all the time.

Good solid stay for under $20.
Pros:

Staff was amazing, great attitude, always helpful. Location on Restaurant St. 172 was wonderful and only short walk to entertainment district.

Rooms were clean. Restaurant convenient and good. Sheets and bathroom immaculate. Hot water and pressure excellent.

Cons:

Furniture and bathroom a little dated. Shower nozzle difficult to position or stay put, water does tend to get all over floor near toilet but dries fast. Room had a slight odor but staff happy to spray freshener. Bed a little hard for my taste but not too bad.
