Pros:

I got what I asked for and at the price it was a very good deal. If one is finicky about appearances or sensitive to night time street noises or neighborhood smells, then this is not a place for you. But if you like being down the street from a welcoming Wat, with a wonderful Landry/breakfast place tucked between nutty foreigner bars, this is a good spot.

Cons:

Night noise but that cannot be helped.
