Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Der Privatstrand war gut erreichbar, leider aber nicht sehr sauber
Das Personal war immer sehr bemüht!

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat hier nicht gepasst, vorallem, wenn man das Hotel mit dem dem Mayfair Lagoon in Bhubaneswar vergleicht, welches als 5-Sterne Hotel klassifiziert ist. Lt. Booking.com ist das Mayfair Waves auch als solches klassifiziert, aber man muss hier einige Abstriche hinnehmen.
Das Zimmer war großzügig, aber leider nicht sehr sauber. Der Teppichboden sollte mal wieder gründlich gesaugt werden.... Die AC hat nicht richtig funktioniert und entweder war es zu kühl oder zu warm. Eine durchgängige Regulierung war nicht möglich.

L’emplacement . Le personnel bienveillant et aux petits soins . Les équipements 4 ventilateurs plus clim . Le petit déjeuner buffet gargantuesque d’un kilomètre pour ceux qui aiment les aller retours . La terrasse et le bruit des vagues ( chambre premium ) la parc la piscine la salle de sport avec serviettes et eau le massage payant . Des petits détails qui font la différence . Accès plage par grille fermée à 20 hrs .

Cons:

Le resto et la qualité prix des repas notamment le barbecue à éviter . ATTENTION ceux qui réservent via booking sont victimes d’arnaques Chat booking . On vous demande de cliquer sur un lien pour confirmer dans les 6 heures avec son numéro de cb sinon la réservation est annulée très anxiogène . Comme d’hab booking ne peut pas régler le problème .

Cons:

They were doing a lot of construction in public spaces throughout most of the public areas. The price was quite high for the stay and not reflective of this situation. My booking included breakfast but it did not come through and there was a lot of difficulty navigating that, though they eventually came through. But it was stressful. They did my laundry and charged quite a lot but DID NOT WASH it, they simply IRONED IN the spots and stains when I was very clear it needed washing to have clean clothes for the next leg of my journey. Not only was this an expensive mistake but I was without clean clothes until I took it to someone else who washed them. Basically a lot of common stresses while traveling in India but at the level of hotel this is and the cost of it, it was not up to that standard in some ways. The room was beautiful, the beach and pool were beautiful though and people were nice. And it's Puri! So all of that is good.

Pros:

The food, location and hospitality of the service staff is unparalleled. The attention to detail on design and the fittings and furnishings were immaculate

Cons:

The swimming pool and bar was closed and there was construction going on from 8am to 11pm almost. There was no mention of this during booking and the prices we paid at USD 250 per night++ was not warranted for a period that was no interruptive. Even with all doors and windows closed the noise was very disturbing.

Pros:

This property is certainly at par with any of Mayfair property or services. Even food options were limited, Even during the permitted time buffet was removed. The place was majorly booked for marriage and the entire lawn and swimming pool area was used for the same not available for other residents to use. Mayfair should not be taking booking when they have marriage happening at their premises or atleast must disclose this before accepting booking.

Good for family, private beach is very clean and food was excellent.
