Your staff is phenomenal! So helpful and welcoming.

The staff are the best part of the Nantucket Inn- incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and perfectly set up and we took advantage of the jacuzzi. Because we visited off season there was no shuttle to town but Ubers are quick and easy on the island. Cafe had nice breakfast options.

Our business meetimg happened here. Nearly everybody flew in. Convenient for conferences. Maximum 10 minute walk from the the airport desk to the hotel counter. Rooms are spacious, the lobby seating area is extra large for a relatively small hotel, the setting features mature trees, a big indoor pool, and shuttle vans to different parts of the island. I'm very impressed by the quality of this hotel's food. Even the lobby's refrigerator has tasty and not-mushy sandwiches (after hours). The kitchen served us tasty finger foods throughout the day including fruit in filo, bacon wrapped dates, curry chicken, lobster salad sliders, as well as cheeses, fruits, bacon, eggs. Dinner was ordered in advance and served in a nautical themed paneled dining room that easily seats 22. Dinner was first rate with meats seared and timed just right, veggies cooked appropriately, high quality seafood, tasty and varied potatoes, excellent breads, exotic and traditional desserts, good assortment of reasonably priced wines. And how about the service? My favorite feature has got to be the congenial, professional, efficient, can-do, and accommodating staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Thanks to Robin and Tom for helping our group directly. Thanks to Norris for his careful monitoring of all foods--upstairs, downstairs, morning, night. Thanks to Shane for his attentiveness. Special shout out to Clarissa as first responders (front desk) for her responsiveness--for example, she acted instantly when we commented that the lobby soundtrack's bass beat could be heard in our upstairs meetimg room. I'm sorry I don't have time to list everyone I emcountered. I hope my wish list is practical: a grab bar in the tub/shower; a different background soundtrack than party lounge--such as classical, jazz, or silence. I recommend the Nantucket Inn for meetings and I recommend Nantucket Island for visiting off-season when it's just as scenic, not hectic, and offers bargain prices.

It was across from the airport and had a shuttle to downtown. Plenty of parking.

Cafe and bar were great, Room was excellent, indoor and outdoor pool choices were fantastic!

My friends and I were very pleased with out stay at the inn. We typically stay at an airbnb for the Stroll, but snce there were only 3 of us, we decided to try the inn. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was clean. We will definitley consider staying here again.

The lobby was beautiful! The lobby bar very modern and had a good selection of apps and snacks. The shuttle service made the trip so easy to get in and out of of town. The staff was very friendly.

a little gem on Nantucket! The space is decorated tastefully and is spotless! Cristal (front desk) wow, someone promote her! She is the epitome of hospitality! So warm and helpful. If you don’t plan to tour the entire island, the shuttle service to town works well. Giovanni was amazing!
if you need a car, the airport car rental is directly across the street. The cafe is a great choice for a quick breakfast and latte’.
