Cafe and bar were great, Room was excellent, indoor and outdoor pool choices were fantastic!

It was across from the airport and had a shuttle to downtown. Plenty of parking.
Nobody was at the hotel bar … the hotel was pretty much dead even though it was at full capacity. No free water in room for the coffee machine. The rooms smelled musty. Patio furniture needed to be cleaned looked very dirty.
My friends and I were very pleased with out stay at the inn. We typically stay at an airbnb for the Stroll, but snce there were only 3 of us, we decided to try the inn. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was clean. We will definitley consider staying here again.
The lobby was beautiful! The lobby bar very modern and had a good selection of apps and snacks. The shuttle service made the trip so easy to get in and out of of town. The staff was very friendly.

A little closer to town would be better but the van shuttle back and forth to town is nice.

The television was huge for the size of the room. The creamer in the room was sour. The tortilla chips with the crab dip were extremely stale.

a little gem on Nantucket! The space is decorated tastefully and is spotless! Cristal (front desk) wow, someone promote her! She is the epitome of hospitality! So warm and helpful. If you don’t plan to tour the entire island, the shuttle service to town works well. Giovanni was amazing!
if you need a car, the airport car rental is directly across the street. The cafe is a great choice for a quick breakfast and latte’.

The shuttle was easy to find and they even offered to take me directly to the ferry. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely return.
The Inn was beautiful, although our room was less than desirable. It was smaller than we thought we booked and the bathroom ceiling king had mold. The beds were softer than we anticipated and the room was smaller for what we paid. Very expensive for apps and drinks at the bar as well.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and great. If you love to sleep then you will love it! Staff were friendly helpful and really nice. And free shuttle to downtown was super!
Excellent hotel for the convenience to be close to the airport.
Clean room but no countertop or towel holders in the bathroom made it difficult to manage toiletries and towels. We weren’t aware that the hotel was right across from the airport but wasn’t really a problem. Only heard a couple of planes and none after 9 pm or so.
In general it was an excellent experience. The staff were helpful and professional, the property was well maintained, the rooms were clean and spacious. The only recommendations we would make would be to have two transports into town rather than just one each hour. The air conditioning worked well but was very noisy.
