Aun no recibo mi factura y el año pasado fue igual, nunca me la enviaron, aun y con el envío de información por correo, no son muy empaticos en la recepción.

Cons:

El hotel es muy viejo, sobre todo sucio, los colchones de las camas son viejos y sucios, las toallas de baño viejas las almohadas no se diga🤢🤢🤢!! Paredes muy sucias, en general horrible 🥴. Éramos una abitacion para 4 personas y solo nos dieron 2 toallas, le pedí otras 2 toallas al joven y no las quiso proporcionar. Noooo lo recomiendo.

Excellent experience. The room was clean, the service was great, and the location was very convenient. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The main downside was the restaurant. The food options were limited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there were very few choices available. There was also no juice offered, which made the dining experience a bit disappointing.

OK. It's a decent value room however there are similar value options closer to Centro.
Pros:

The staff was great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and, fairly, well maintained with a newer smart TV.

Cons:

The biggest downfall was the restaurant. The quality of the food and drinks didn't match the price. The food was average to below average with an above average to high cost. The safe in the room didn't work. The shower door didn't shut properly and the only way to turn the shower on was to stand directly under the shower head. You got hit with cold water with no real way to avoid it. The shower/toilet area was very cramped.
