Pros:

Convenient location right off I-90, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, complimentary late check-out, good price. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated and the pool was disappointing (very small shallow) in addition to there no longer being a spa. But overall a good stay.

In the heart of many different restaurants and shopping stores. The option to check in online and just get the room key on arrival was definitely a great idea!

Cons:

The towels had an over bearing smell of a “maple syrup” not a laundry soap smell. The pool was closed and nothing was advised at time of check in.

Very pleasant
Pros:

The location was perfect. I was able to visit my several family members at different locations around the area and did not have to drive very far. I drove from North Carolina and I always have a pleasant stay. Your staff are always very welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests.

Cons:

The traffic. Even though I enjoy the shopping center and restaurants in your area.
