Pros:

It was fresh and clean,, the room was very nice especially the king size bed, very comfortable.. I love the lounge bar,, very friendly staff.. it was a great experience..

We got rest considering the dilapidated sofa. Just went to bed, which was comfy.
Pros:

Close to the Cleveland Clinic

Cons:

Shower did not work. Rust on the towel rack. I had holes I my towels. Lounge sofa broken down.

Other hotel facilities giving a discount if one had an appointment or surgery at the Cleveland clinic.

Decent hotel.
Pros:

I enjoyed the room. It was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was located near many retail stores and shops, which was helpful. The bathroom was the best part. Good water pressure. But this is the type of hotel that I stay in when I am just looking for a place to lay my head. This hotel was good for that.

Cons:

The facility needs a refresh. The TV were small and felt out of place. The couch was sunken in. Also They only had oen elevator working the entire time. Which was is good, especially when people are using it elevator to get too and from the pool wet.

We had a wonderful family weekend in a hotel that was adequate but pricier than we expected.
Pros:

Location of breakfast was just fine; breakfast was pricey for almost-cold food.
Convenient to nearby places such as restaurants and shopping.
Sizable rooms. we were able to play games with 6 or 8 people in one.

Cons:

One elevator was not working.
Hot water for tea was not offered at the beverage station.
The beverage station was not available 24/7 and no hours were posted. (But we had coffee & tea in rooms.)
Doors to rooms were very stiff and hard to open.
Air conditioning underperformed, some of our rooms were damp.
Toiletries had not all been refilled

You couldn't pay me to stay there again!
Pros:

No opinion. Did not eat the breakfast.

Cons:

Expensive and not worth it. Room reservation was not what I confirmed. Staff didn't help to correct. Very late checkout was confirmed and staff did not honor it. Rudeness prevailed
