Overall, the room met expectation. The staff was really kind and helpful and the location was central. The noise was not too bad, but in the morning it was a bit excessive since I’m a light sleeper…. The shower was a bit small for my 6’3 husband. Overall, it was a bit rundown and older of a hotel so if that doesn’t bother you, this is a great pick and the price was decent for the area.

The place is old, cleanliness is OK, Joseph who runs the place is great and has some good recommendations, including Chefs Bistro in North Conway, excellent lobster roll with butter. Our room had a musty smell not overwhelming but noticeable. Check in area is open tell 9 pm.

For the price during the peak season, this motel is very good. Nothing fancy but clean, cozy, has working a/c, coffee maker with good coffee pods, a small fridge, exhaust in the bathroom, nice view from the windows and had everything we needed. Close to everything in North Conway town. The check in person was very friendly and nice.

Very friendly check in. This is a well kept and somewhat historic motel in what I am learning is a tourist area. The room is simple and clean. Good value considering the price of other hotels in this area.

For the price, it was great! We stayed in one of the Cabins, which was nice. This is a get what you pay for type of place though. Hasn’t been updated in a long long time. The bathroom did have some areas of mold & the A/C was hardly working. The bed was comfy and the staff was nice! Just know what to expect when you’re going in.

The inn is absolutely adorable concept. I loved having our own little room. Like most of the hotels/motels up here it is close to the street and you can hear the cars, so being your sound machine! The rooms are clean. We did have quite a few Asian beetles in our room (guessing a previous person left the door open). The rooms are older (ie creaky floor, creaky bed, old bathroom). The hot water in the shower was fabulous and the heat/air conditioning worked very well. It is close to Kangamangus highway as well as both new and old downtowns. The staff is kind too!

Let’s face it when it’s foliage season in North Conway. You’re gonna pay all the money even for this little cracker box of a motel room, noisy very dated, but I have to give them props. It was clean. The bed was like something out of a homeless shelter, very uncomfortable and noisy. Very close to busy road.

Room was clean. Staff very friendly and had recommendations for restaurants. Keep in mind place was an old schoolhouse. Room was good for me on size. Lighting could be better. The AC/ heat is a window unit and will be noisy. You will hear some traffic. Towels could be softer. My bathroom was very small but doable.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Took our luggage when we got there early then delivered it to our rooms while we were out exploring. Everything is close by. Cabin was small and clean but didnt need much room because we were out and about most of the time.

Older hotel off the highway so around 7am could hear traffic. No where to put any toiletries. Room was clean which is the most important

Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Our room was dirty around the corners and windows. Sheets were clean. One bed was very uncomfortable- too soft- the other bed was ok.

Clean cozy rooms that are delightful and relaxing. Cant wait to visit again!

Loved staying in cabin 26. Tucked away by itself with a nice screened porch overlook. Had a nice time staying there and would do so again.

Gentleman that checked us in was very friendly, provided information about local things to do and even brought ice to our room after we checked in.

Very clean, staff was great. Very affordable when looking for just a place to stay/sleep. Not up to date- but clean. No food options- but knew that going in to it. Perfect for sleeping/ staying while planning activities in all the great areas around and in North Conway.

Cute cabin, friendly staff and very convenient to shopping and restaurants.
