Heavenly retreat.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and ready to help with whatever necessary. The rooms are well appointed and it was great to have a supply of drinking water available. You can’t beat the location and the view!

Cons:

It was our own fault for not reporting that the ceiling fan wasn’t working properly right away. Hopefully it will be replaced for the next guests. Room 217.

Great place, but make sure to get a room on the Oceanside, not the street.
Pros:

Staff all friendly and nice. Fabiola went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. She managed to juggle rooms around and get me in the oceanfront, which is why I was staying at that hotel.

Cons:

Apparently rooms through booking are always the street side, which is noisy and really defeats the purpose of having a beachfront hotel. I did have to pay the difference to upgrade, which I understand.

OK for a night
Pros:

You are right at the beach, and there are very few hotels in Barra that are there

Cons:

The shower was not clean, they missed the shampoo bottles, had to go and ask for them. We did not get a parking space and hat to wait untiil late afternoon no park in front of the property. It appears that they do not have any interest in securing enough spaces for travelers.

Comidas muy ricas y bien preparadas

Cons:

Nos dejaron en una última habitación que tenía una puerta hacia otra más. Las personas que se alojaron en la habitación contigua estuvieron tratando de abrirla hasta que les pedimos que dejaran de molestar. Pareciera que al hacer reservaciones por este medio asignan habitaciones pequeñas.

La habitación se encontraba limpia; la puerta del baño no funcionaba. Una habitación relativamente pequeña para el precio ofertado.

Cons:

Las camas no están tan cómodas, encontré un jabón usado en la ducha, encontré una cucaracha en mi habitación. El primer día la papaya del desayuno estaba muy refrigerada, no tenía buen sabor.
