Wonderful stay as usual
This is my second home
The staffs and the food was too good
The new lady managers like Shama and Shree both are too good at their work always they upgraded my room without asking so nice of you both

I recently had a groups group stay at the hotel and it was truly wonderful experience from the moment we arrived everything was handled smoothly and professionally managing a group can be challenging but the entire team ensure that our stay was comfortable and will organised specially thanks to miss Sri the lady manager who was extremely supportive and attentive and handled every request with great efficiency I would also like to appreciate mrs shaama who was the manager handled the lobby, Khushi and Manisha for they are home behaviour and prompt service and constant willingness to help.

We had a wonderful group stay at the hotel the oral experience was smoke comfortable and very well manners the room Sohail clean well maintained and perfectly suited for our groups to staff was 40 years attemptive and always ready to assist which made our stay even more enjoyable special things to shee shama and Manisha for their exceptional service and support throughout our stay..

The service was so pathetic as I entered the room I called the lady at the reception for the cleanliness and mosquitoes flying all over the room and asked her for the room change request, and she said I am doing that for sure asap. Repeatedly calling to reception for the same and but there was no response from them till morning....
When I went down for breakfast and while I was checking out I told the woman at reception and she apologized as she wasn't on the duty at night but she said she will be addressing to the duty manager for this and they will get back to me for all this...
But it's been almost 2 days there is no response from them and I don't think raddison blu as a brand would do this..
My night sleep was ruined and I had several mosquito bites all over my hands and ears and I showed them all this but there is no response from them to address all this....
I think I wasted my money by going for a brand who doesn't acknowledge the customer problems at all....
