Overall, the experience was very good, but the staff was unresponsive on the call. I had left my purse in the hotel lobby, and I kept trying to contact them, but to no avail. Then, while I was driving back in haste, I got a call midway from a staff member, Sushant, informing me that I'd left my purse there. He was attentive and helpful. Moreover, my sleep was unnecessarily disturbed by the question of whether I needed laundry service.

Great hotel. The room was nice with great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was nice. There are too many options in buffet. The staff is very polite n helping. Ms Priyadarshini was very kind and helpful. The ambience is very nice. The rooftop swimming pool and city view is awesome. Overall worth its price!
