Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in vollen Zügen genossen. Die gesamte Anlage präsentiert sich modern, sehr gepflegt und äußerst sauber. Besonders die stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer haben uns begeistert und sorgen für ein rundum angenehmes Ambiente. Die Poolanlage ist wirklich schön und ein absolutes Highlight.
Ein großes Lob gilt auch dem Personal, das durchweg aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend war und unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet hat.

Very courteous staff. Very good amenities. Food is excellent. Might need to pay attention to make sure all accessories are there before guest checks in. Didn’t have body lotion in bathroom. It was empty. Other than very good experience.
The entire staff was super cordial. From the check-ins to food to hospitality and the customised demands were completed seamlessly.

WE ENJOYED EVERYTHING, EXCEPT THE CHECK-IN EXPERIENCE
THE CHECK-IN WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES. THE STAFF WAS NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. EVERYTHING I DID SEEMED WRONG. FIRST I WAS ASKED FOR ID. AFTER TAKING COPIES, I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO SUBMIT MY PASSPORT AND THAT MY ID WAS NOT VALID. I THEN HAD TO DESTROY THE ID COPIES. SECOND, I HAD BOOKED THREE ROOMS. I WAS INFORMED THAT ONLY ONE HAD KING SIZE PER MY REQUEST. I THEN REQUESTED FOR ALL THREE TO HAVE KING SIZE BED AND IT SEEMED LIKE I WAS TO BE BLAMED FOR NOT REQUESTING KING SIZE. NEXT WAS ABOUT ONE ROOM WAS FOR A COUPLE AND THAT EXTRA HAD TO BE CHARGED AND THIS TOO REQUIRED FURTHER APPROVAL AND HE COULD NOT MAKE A DECISION ON THE EXTRA PAYMENT. OVERALL, WE SPENT MORE THAN 20 MINUTES TRYING TO CHECK-IN.
