Excellent friendly staff. Very helpful and quick to attend to any issues. The breakfast buffet was so good with a wide selection of Indian and continental food. The bar was small but adequate. The front desk, restaurant and maintenance and cleaning staff did an amazing job. The location was unbeatable. My room overlooked the famous Gurdwara and other rooms have a view of the Ulsoor Lake. Altogether a great experience.

Pros:

We stayed in the Madhu Junior Suite (Room 224) at Radisson Blu, Mysuru Soundarya Narendra, and while the room was comfortable, it didn't live up to our expectation of a Chamundi Hills view - a common theme in many properties here.

The real highlights were the staff, food, and hospitality! 😊 Housekeeping, restaurant, and porch staff were hardworking, smiling, and welcoming. Must-try's include the Mysuru Masala Dosa and filter coffee.

Location-wise, Radisson Blu is prime: close to Chamundi Hills, Mysuru Zoo, and the palace, with easy access to autos/Uber and the mall. The area buzzed with activity, including a fair at the Dushessra exhibition ground and a wedding with some fancy cars! We even heard the hotel hosts VIPs like PM Modi.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Would recommend for the service and location! 👍

A great value stay.
Pros:

The place was luxurious and good value for money. Most importantly the staff were warm and welcoming. The bed was soooooo comfortable and laundry fresh. The pool looked amazing and was sad didn’t have time to try it out.

Pros:

Hotel magnifique aux prestations luxueuses. Personnel très bien formé et absolument charmant. Propreté irréprochable. Piscine nickel et belle salle de sport. Un bon cours de yoga gratuit est proposé tous les matins.
Le petit déjeuner est somptueux.
J'ai trouvé tout le personnel très disponible, souriant et se pliant en 4 pour nous satisfaire, ce qui est rare.

Cons:

Juste un détail: les tapis de yoga pour le cours sont vieux et très abîmés. Ils mériteraient d'être renouvelés.

Fantastic experience at Radisson, Mysuru
Pros:

I had a lovely experience at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Mysuru. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. John and Soundarya assisted us during check-in and were extremely courteous. They even offered us a complimentary upgrade, which made our family trip truly special and memorable. Overall, a pleasant stay with great hospitality. Sincere thanks to both of them.
