Very good experience
Pros:

Very courteous staff. Very good amenities. Food is excellent. Might need to pay attention to make sure all accessories are there before guest checks in. Didn’t have body lotion in bathroom. It was empty. Other than very good experience.

THE CHECK-IN EXPERIENCE DID NOT MAKE US WANT TO ENJOY OUR STAY

THE CHECK-IN WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES. THE STAFF WAS NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. EVERYTHING I DID SEEMED WRONG. FIRST I WAS ASKED FOR ID. AFTER TAKING COPIES, I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO SUBMIT MY PASSPORT AND THAT MY ID WAS NOT VALID. I THEN HAD TO DESTROY THE ID COPIES. SECOND, I HAD BOOKED THREE ROOMS. I WAS INFORMED THAT ONLY ONE HAD KING SIZE PER MY REQUEST. I THEN REQUESTED FOR ALL THREE TO HAVE KING SIZE BED AND IT SEEMED LIKE I WAS TO BE BLAMED FOR NOT REQUESTING KING SIZE. NEXT WAS ABOUT ONE ROOM WAS FOR A COUPLE AND THAT EXTRA HAD TO BE CHARGED AND THIS TOO REQUIRED FURTHER APPROVAL AND HE COULD NOT MAKE A DECISION ON THE EXTRA PAYMENT. OVERALL, WE SPENT MORE THAN 20 MINUTES TRYING TO CHECK-IN.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Hotel. Everything from the ambiance to the service was excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day with such great food.

A special thanks to Soundarya from the Guest Relations team for taking such good care of us and ensuring our stay was comfortable. She was extremely warm and attentive.

We would also like to appreciate all the staff members from the pool department who were very helpful and courteous throughout our time there.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

Let down by the restaurant service
Pros:

Located next to a (3rd rate) shopping mall, this hotel benefits from an attractive garden. (Although there’s no poolside service). In fact the restaurant service levels weren’t good, and the price of drinks very high.
The food is something of a let down. It does have an all in one cafe restaurant, but at lunchtime they make it hard to order a snack, pushing the buffet lunch or à la carte.
The buffet breakfast is reasonable (although frequently running out o& fresh fruit and bread which they’re extremely slow in replenishing). Service for coffee and tea (which is tepid, as water is just kept on hot plates) and eggs is slow.

In the room, there’s plenty of wardrobe space, an iron and ironing board, safe and a single bathrobe (in a double room) and 2 slippers.
The shower and bath are both behind a separate glass door. The bathrooms are equipped with face cloths, toothbrush packs, but not vanity packs or shower caps.
Water is plentiful.

The amenities are top-notch—from Jacuzzi to the infinity pool offering stunning city views, and the state-of-the-art gym that's perfect for staying active. Rooms are spacious, elegantly designed with modern touches like rain showers and smart controls, making it feel like a true escape.

Special Thanks to Soundarya!! For Their thoughtful complimentary anniversary cake! Staff went above and beyond, it was a decadent chocolate delight that made the celebration magical.

Excellent stay at Radisson blu mysore
Pros:

Overall fabulous stay experience at Radisson blu Mysore.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with kind staff who displayed excellent hospitality. They understood our requirements and special requests and provided us with a complimentary room upgrade and a cake. Ms. Iffath was very humble and should us through the property as well.
The room were spacious and sparkingly clean. The breakfast spread was huge and food was yummy.Overall a great place to stay in Mysore. Great value for money.
