Das Hotel es ist ein wirkliches Refugium ,traditionell eingerichtet, mein Zimmer sogar mit Balkon ,hat einen Pool und einen schönen offenen Sitzbereich. Habe mich wohl gefühlt.
Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit in die Stadtmitte-habe mir immer ein Motorrad Taxi genommen
Its an old colonial style with big Veranda, good value for money.
Lack of maintenance, bathroom is quite dirty with the sink tap broken. Swimming pool is full of algae.

Absolutely horrible experience. I am genuinely shocked that a hotel can be this bad. I have stayed in many hotels before, but I have never experienced anything remotely this disgusting and disappointing.
When I first entered my room, the bed sheets were covered in visible stains. I immediately asked for another room because I simply could not accept sleeping in a bed like that. Unfortunately, the second room was no better — there were stains all over the sheets there as well.
After complaining again, I was given a third room. There were slightly fewer stains, but the sheets were still dirty. At that point, I was basically expected to just accept it and make do with the situation. Absolutely unacceptable.
The bathroom was honestly disgusting. It was so dirty that I couldn’t even bring myself to take a shower. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable for a hotel.
The water situation was another ridiculous experience. Guests are given only two tiny 250 ml bottles of water — just 500 ml in total per day. When I asked for more water, I was told to wait. I waited for approximately an hour, only to be told that guests are only allowed those two bottles per day.
What makes this even more ridiculous is that when I told the staff that I was going to leave a review about the experience, Adi suddenly went and brought me two bottles of water. So apparently, the rules can change when a negative review is on the line. This was extremely unprofessional and only made the whole situation more frustrating.
There was also a very worrying incident involving my ID card. Adi, the person working at reception, was responsible for handling my ID card and somehow left it underneath the printer. I only got it back several hours later after I personally went back and asked about it. Having to chase the hotel myself to get my own identification document back is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning.

L’éclairage qui donnait l’impression d’hôpital, les draps qui n’étaient pas très propres, les voisins ou le personnel du ménage qui parlent très fort très tôt le matin devant la chambre, peu de pression dans la douche, la propreté de la salle de bain à revoir…
