Prestige in Budapest, it doesn't disappoint.
Pros:

A beautiful and luxurious hotel in an excellent location. The Hotel room was enormous and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and a great size with excellent pillows. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient for the hungry traveller and the attentive staff always very professional. The hotel is located very close to the river and cruise vessels, easy to restaurants and very walkable for the various sites of Budapest.

This hotel offers unbeatable value for money. The room is quite spacious and beautifully decorated, with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Very quiet at night. The bedding and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and show a sense of human care.

Pros:

Very nice hotel clean and extremely well maintained. Very polite, well dressed and professional staff. Definitely 5 stars. Great location where you can walk to all the major sites. Very well managed.

Крайне возмущены отношением отеля к гостям и их имуществу.

Мы оставили автомобиль на парковке отеля на -2 этаже, доступ к которой имеют только постояльцы и сотрудники отеля. Утром нам подали машину ко входу, и буквально через несколько минут мы обнаружили разбитое лобовое стекло.

Отель заявил, что виновника не нашел и предположил, что стекло разбили уже после того, как автомобиль стоял у входа. Однако камеры за эти несколько минут показывают, что к машине никто не подходил и рядом никто не находился.

Вместо того чтобы разобраться в ситуации и взять на себя ответственность за произошедшее на территории отеля, администрация предпочла просто снять с себя любую ответственность.

Если вы планируете останавливаться здесь на автомобиле, имейте в виду, что в случае повреждения вашего имущества помощи и решения проблемы вы, скорее всего, не получите.

Foram dias incríveis, funcionários excelentes, nos receberam muito bem e na saída tive uma baixa de pressão por conta do calor , até mediram a minha pressão .
A localização está a poucos minutos do Parlamento , ponte dos Leões , Basílica São Estevão ,é uma pequena caminhada a Buda ! Recomendo e espero em breve voltar !

Stunning hotel, great location, amazing room
Pros:

Visited here for a 4 night stay in March and was blown away by the standard of the hotel, its facilities and our room. The quality of the furnishing and room facilities were second to none, the staff were welcoming, professional and efficient, and the hotel is a perfect base to explore the sights of Budapest. One down side, it would be good if there was a separate bar area away from Costes Downtown, but not much can be done about this. Would stay again, and highly recommend.
