Great hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was perfect. Great location for tourists. The room was so pleasant and comfortable. We did mention that the towels seemed a little thin and they immediately sent new towels. They provided dark chocolates during their turndown service and we mentioned we don't eat dark chocolate and they went out and bought a box of milk chocolates and gave them to us.i can't say enough about the staff but would like to acknowledge Iliana, Reka, Ester and David. They made the stay so much more enjoyable.

Great Budapest hotel
Pros:

We stayed at the Prestige after a central European river cruise. It is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the city attractions. The staff were very friendly and efficient from the moment we walked in the door. The room was well appointed with a few little extras, chocolates and the next day weather forecast. They booked us a car to the airport which was very helpful. A great place to stay in Budapest!

Amazing stay
Pros:

This hotel is extremely beautiful.

The staff are amazing, extremely friendly and attentive.

The location is perfect, it is in close walking distance of all the major attractions, but far away enough for you to rest and relax at night.

It’s a perfect hidden gem !

Efficient and knowledgeable concierge
Pros:

Niki was an important help in MAV transportation to Zalakaros. We are more than 65 and she booked our train and explained about showing our passports to bus driver to go remainder of trip to Zalakaros. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. Always a pleasant smile.

Also Zsolt made us very comfortable with leaving baggage at Prestige during our visit to Zalakaros.
