Son Tung Hotel

部屋は 前泊した方の髪の毛などが多数落ちています エアコンも効くのですが微調整が出来ませんでした エレベーターが有りません
フロントも誰も居ない事が多いです。

The room in this hotel has low price that comes with moderate service.

The place was dirty. The toilet didn’t work. They weren’t expecting us so after a long journey being kept waiting was frustrating.

Hôtel très moyen qui mériterait une bonne réfection. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre.

Good spot , close to centre , quiet at night

the experience just not really comfortable. I hate the hotel. It's old and dirty. The street is dirty too. The motor bicycles were crazy. It was really difficult to cross the road. I don't think, I will visit Vietnam again.

This hotel is strategically located in District 1, about 2 roads away from Bui Vien and Pham Ngu Lao. It takes about 5 minutes walk to get to those places. It near enough to the

Close to main tourist area in district 1 .easy and cheap to get to points of interest .used grab.fantastic like uber no credit card needed.

デタム通りで安く宿泊できてよかったです。周辺にはたくさん屋台があり食べ比べできます。部屋の掃除を言ってもやってくれない時があります（外出時カギを預けても）。私としてはあまり部屋に入ってほしくないので2日に1回でいいのですが、さすがに2日連続で掃除してくれなかった時には文句を言いましたがスタッフがいないとのことで翌日に掃除してもらいました。不満もありましたが総合的にはいいホテルだと思います。

Stayed here on an off for a total of around 10 days. Very friendly staff, very simple but very clean rooms.
Room size was more than adequate as a solo traveller with desk and bar fridge.
If you want luxury then this may not be the place for you, however if you have had enough of hostels and want a room to yourself at a great price i cannot recommend this place highly enough.
*One note- there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs this accommodation may not be suitable.

If or when i return to Ho Chi Minh i will definitely be returning to Son Tung. Beats the hell out of a hostel!

オーナーもスタッフも親切で居心地が良い宿です。近くにバインミーやフォー等の美味しい庶民向けの店があり便利です。
空港からのバス停も近く、空港に向かいTaxiも信用できる車を読んでくれます。

１０３号室だから1階かとおもったら3階だった｡スタッフはいい人達だったが、ホテルのプロではなかった。英語がほとんど通じない。入ったときには部屋にトイレットペーパーがなかった。部屋の掃除やベッドメイキングは出かけるときに鍵を預けた時だけだった｡最後の日にはアメニティーが何もなかった。ごみ箱がバスルームに一つだけだったので不便だった。無料の水は提供されない。早朝からニワトリがうるさい。安いのでこんなものかと思うが、次は別の安ホテルを探します。

Hotel básico pero bien ubicado para recorrer puntos de interés.

Quite convenient place.

I am happy with my stay. The location was very good and so was the staff. There is a mini bar, ac, kettle and cable channels. Good value for money.

well located with easy access from airport by bus (get off at tran hung dao or rap hung dao stops, cross the street, walk down de tham road about 100m and voila!
Hotel is small, not posh looking, but for the price, it is very worth it. Room is clean and most important, the aircon works, no funny smells or mozzies. Windows both ends (you know when its morning lol) the beds are free of bugs, comfortable (I booked single person but room can actually sleep three with one queen bed which i used for my luggage and clothing as the wardrobe was a bit creaky while i slept on the twin bed). Bathroom does not have a shower screen but the shower is strong and heater works well, wc and washbasins are new looking and clean, no ugly stains etc, plus the airy bathroom window ensures that the bathroom dries rapidly.
Staff are generally helpful and you can get your local phone sim card at the phone shop occupying the hotel annexe just next to reception.
Food and drinks very convenient plus its a short walk to backpackers pub area with all the nightlife and restaurants pubs. transport is easy, walk back to bus stops at tran hung dao or rap hung dao along the tran hung dao road and you can get buses to anywhere you want but i walked most times as its very near to ben thanh market etc.
Only issues, no elevator (ok for me) be careful of the traffic, and if you are a late sleeper, the roosters crowing and neighbourhood women chattering as they get ready for the day will wake you up at 5am...

There is fresh bakery and auto laundry. Also budget local food restaurant and Japanese restaurant.

Room was clean but very noisy. Can here everything what happens on the street. WiFi didn't work very well in room, but that's what you get when you travelling with small budget.
