Very dirty and very unprofessional staff mostly the ladies

Mouldy all over places. Not clean. Shower switch is broken and not been fixed during our stay.been given a tool to turn it on and promised to fix next day I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Got sick after first night due to humidity and mould. Loud music as night club in the four floor.. can’t post more than 8 photos.. I’ve got over 50 of them

From outside looks good but from the inside the room dirty, rusted washroom and roaches everywhere

Is very very bad hotel. Reception, he doesn’t have any respect. Hotel, very, very dirty.
Noise and screaming in the hotel. I do not recommend booking this hotel even if it was free. There are insects and cockroaches.

The property is filthy and very old. Several floors are used as a nightclub so can be very noisy.

It’s a normal hotel and you have everything what you need 24h supermarket is only 50 m away from the hotel and 2 minutes to a big mall. And the price is good.

In room telephone not working, No shower curtain is installed. Only one towel available

It’s not bad

The hot water in the shower was barely lukewarm. I had to go downstairs to ask for a towel as there were no towels in my room when I arrived.

In general the facilities are adequate. I would rate this a basically satisfactory low cost hotel.

Ooh my word, what a disgrace to the UAE. In my country, I will be given full refund despite my stay in a place like this due to consumer protection issues. I will be visiting the UAE tourism to lay formal complaint for putting my health to such a huge risks. I had bed bugs all over my body and was itching all the time. There are cockroaches everywhere..super noisy and dirty to the core...in 8 days, I must have emptied 8 cans of cockroaches can spray...I stayed here for 8 days because of my business meetings, I could not afford to look and move to a new place... hygiene is non existence..I killed cockroaches and on my return it will still be there despite that my room was made up...I did not know whether to sleep on the floor or what because the bed is super dirty...gosh I was so nigligent not to read reviews!!!!

our room number was 711 and it was so dirty. the bathroom was nothing to write home about. staff was unprofessional especially the receptionist. I will never visit or encourage anyone to visit that hotel.

AC temperature could not be changed, the controls were not working. Complaining about it didn't help.
Cleaning staff didn't clean used glasses, left the door open one day. One day, he just gave us new water bottles and didn't come to clean despite us specifically telling him to clean the room after we went out.
Safe deposit box was not working.

Good location though. Walking distance to food and shopping. BUT hotel is worn down
Bathroom is leaking. Bugs everywhere.
Horrible noises. Disco on first floor and we were on second floor.
