Très belle expérience et une mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner vraiment EXCEPTIONNEL !!
Pros:

Excellent accueil, de plus parlant le français et très arrangeant. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car nous voulions une salle de bain un peu à l’ancienne avec une porte qui ferme, ils ont accéder à notre demande sans problème…!

Anfangs hatten wir Probleme den richten Aufzug und den Zugang zu unserem Zimmer zu finden.

Zimmer nach unseren Erwartungen - beim nächsten Mal buchen wir ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage damit der Blick zum Meer/ Strand besser ist.

Sensationelles Frühstücksbüffet im im Pine House ...

Schade das die Bar / das Restaurant im Haus nicht geöffnet war ...

Die empfohlene Location "Arashi" mit toller Lage am Jachthafen, das Bestellungsprocedere war nicht nur für uns unübersichtlich und leider war das Servicepersonal schlecht geschult/ überfordert. Das Essen selbst hochpreisig und kleine Auswahl.

Veel te kleine wellness faciliteit voor zo groot hotel , sauna Max 4 pers en infra rood Max 2 pers , ontbijt moesten we een uur doorgeven ik dacht dat dit de reservatie was, maar kwamen ertoe en was er zoeken naar een plekje , heel erg druk, voor oplaadpunt een extra toelage van + 30 euro is niet weinig
Mochten pas om 16 u op kamer en om 11 u al terug eruit , betaal je veel voor 1 overnachting

Cons:

Kreeg een rekening van een spiegel, shampoo en een bakje dat ze niet op de hotelkamer aantroffen. Shampoo stond gewoon in de douche, de overige spullen heb ik uberhaupt niet gezien/ zijn mij niet opgevallen

Proximité avec la plage et les commerces locaux

Cons:

Aucun membre du personnel ne parle français (au minimum) Nous n'étions pas informés que le restaurant n'était pas ouvert donc difficultés pour une personne à mobilité difficile . Chambre au rez de chaussé très sombre, environnement très limite par clôture de 2 m de haut sans visibilité dont on 'n'avait pas été informés et ne valait pas son prix ds un 4 étoiles !!!
