Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in. Please note the primary guest must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation.

The location, the pool, the staff

Cons:

The room 208 smelled like 10 years of tobacco . The condos itself is a decent property but they all have individual owners. The staff bright some air freshener but hardly worked. So this is a great convenient property but just beware if you are sensitive to some stay away from room 208. The beds were comfortable though

Would not recommend staying here.
Pros:

The pool looked nice but was locked and we had no access to get in.

Cons:

The odor and the cleanliness of the room. We had to bring our bed linen into sleep on. My children had to sleep fully clothed head to toe.There was absolutely nothing good about this hotel. I was completely unsatisfied with our stay. The room was dirty and had an awful odor. There was hair everywhere. The beds had smaller hairs on the pillowcases and between the sheets. There was even hair in the freezer. The room was not what it was suppose to be at all. The door looked as if it had been kicked in before. The dead bolt was barely into the door frame. It was a nightmare.

You get what you pay for ! One bed was broken and light falling off the wall. The front of the air conditioner was filthy.

Not a good experience at all.
Pros:

The location was good, but the rooms are very outdated. Floor was dirty, bed linen had dirt/sand all on in. Door was flimsy, and the dead bolt on the door was broken. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Owner need to put a lot of TLC in room 232. Pillows had little cushion and were flat, had to use all 4 of the pillows to get a little comfort.

We book double deluxe with kitchen..but when we arrive in our room is not the same in thier images no kitchen..Stay for 4 nights with my family the tv is not working....but we save for our staycation..

Not the worst but not the best, price was high for the quality.
Pros:

This building is a street across from the beach which was amazing being pregnant! The front desk guy was very open about everything going on with the building as well as kept the pools ans small lazy river very clean.

Cons:

Half the hotel is a hotel half is old time shares so they can only control part of it. The room we got was rented out personally via timeshare and we were unaware until we arrived meaning it was personal landlord style fixes to the room ( tape vs cocking on spots). It was listed as a double room but was a double bed , bathroom was tiny and after moving the shower curtain the vanity was pretty well gone on one side by the tub covered by the shower curtain.
