Sehr schönes Hotel mit ansprechender Atmosphäre, beim ersten Aufenthalt hervorragender Service. Besonders positiv: die Mitarbeitenden Fernando, Sofia und Victor waren freundlich, professionell und lösungsorientiert im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten. Insgesamt wirkt das Konzept (insbesondere im Neubau) weiterhin vielversprechend.
Altbau/Restauranttrakt mit deutlicher Lärmbelastung: abends bis ca. 22 Uhr (erst auf Drängen reduziert/abgestellt) und morgens ab ca. 7 Uhr durch Servicebetrieb. Dazu unpraktische Dusche, Abflussgeruch sowie kein Turn-down-/Abendservice mehr. Vorabkommunikation über WhatsApp/Booking funktionierte nicht, da auf unsere Antworten keine Rückmeldungen kamen.
Das Zimmer schön hell und geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail und schönen Materialien. Schöner Garten und Pool. Das Restaurant ist umwerfend. Tolle geschmäcker und optisch schön angerichtet.
Etwas umständlich mit den Abrechnungen
El hotel es muy bonito, los jardines con sus esculturas, el restaurante, y en general los espacios exteriores.
Diría que la experiencia en la alberca podría mejorarse, porque a pesar de que el espacio es muy bonito, al ser un poco pequeña y tener pocos camastros ubicados muy cerca de la orilla de la alberca, la gente de los camastros se sienten muy cerca y no se siente còmodo meterte así.
Las habitaciones amplias, el buen gusto, la limpieza, los pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa.
Tuvimos por primera vez un inconveniente con la tarifa y hablamos con el gerente y no nos dio ninguna solución y muy poco flexible para atender nuestro pedido. Nombrando como 10 veces que son las políticas del hotel y no dándonos solución a nuestra petición. Sin embrago las señoritas de la recepción trataron de compensarnos de otra manera y escucharon lo que les pedíamos con mayor flexibilidad. Es la 1era vez que no nos sentimos consentidos por el gerente del hotel.
The property is a small oasis of peace and luxury on walking distance to the center of Tepoztlan. Top quality furniture and materials used. Staff is super friendly, knowledgable and professional.

El alojamiento en si es muy bueno. Habitaciones amplias, confortable y cómodo.
La poca flexibilidad que me ofreció. Pedí al hotel hacer un chekin temprano porque me casaba ese mismo día a las 16:00 horas, y la persona de recepción solo daba la posibilidad de hacer chekin a las 15:00 horas. Tampoco me dio la opción de quedarse con las maletas en custodia hasta la hora de entrada a la habitación. Son ese tipo de detalles por los que no volverías.
I loved this property, it was perfect! The staff was wonderful, and very helpful. The property is beautiful with amazing views. The room, the massage, the restaurant, the pool all perfection!

Está súper padre, el restaurante delicioso, las instalaciones de muy buen gusto y el spa tiene unos paquetes increíbles

La habitación está muy mal diseñada, entra luz por todos lados, las persianas estan descastadas, no tienen plancha de ropa, el horario de comida no lo respetan un día te dicen que a las 9, otro a las 10, parece que es según la ocupación que tengan, los dispensadores de shampo y crema están mal diseñadas y se atoran o se abren.
Es un lugar de paz y tranquilidad, todos te hacen sentir como en casa, está limpio y ordenado, la comida es deliciosa en el restaurante, el masaje del spa me encantó si pudiera mejorar algo sería qué colocaran aromatizante en el área de alberca del spa, no servía el vapor cuando estuve, también la alberca del hotel estaba algo sucia.
