My grandson and I love coming here. He loves playing pool and playing darts! Also, your hot tub is very clean. Which is important to me. Bed and pillows are always very comfortable.
The only complaint I have is right on your first page. It states free water park passes. But they are not free!! The used to be.But now you get charged a resort fee.If you use them!!! You shouldn't be allowed to put on the front page of your site.That they are free because they are not.It's misleading information!!! You should have to put reduced price.Water park passes!!!
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool was heated.

Nothing I loved everything!
Booking did not pay water park fees to hotel which i paid to booking . Com. I had to pay additional fees at hotel I’m expecting a $69 per room refund from booking.com

There was nothing I liked about this Americ Inn.
The Americ Inn Front Desk Staff were rude and would not assist when asked about the television. The breakfast area was too crowded, so we went out to eat instead of staying there.
Subpar. Worst eggs and sausage I've ever had at a hotel.
Fitness area machines were broken. Pool was disgusting and full of bugs. Lights in the room were burnt out. At $300 a night I expected a much better showing from the hotel.
Breakfast was decent. Rotated every other day. Hot tub in our room was great. Always had hot water for it.
The pool area was bad. The pool was cold and it's shallow. Deep end is only 3 11. The hot tub was really hot.
