The room was clean, overall the hotel was clean. Staff was ok.
Changed the breakfast. No longer do you get free water park passes ( although it says it on the website). Was told you needed to pay a $21 resort fee to get the Waterpark passes.
The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the pool with a separate pool for toddlers was very nice. The included breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Great motel staff is more than helpful
Travis and his staff are amazing people who deal with inconveniences in such a professional way each and every time. They are always very friendly and will do whatever it takes to make the guests have an amazing experience! The whole atmosphere of our stay at AmericaInn in WI Dells is ALWAYS fantastic. And the breakfast is top notch every morning! THANK YOU, TRAVIS, and TEAM!

We gad a great experience my fiance and I. We got a room overlooking the woods with a hottub in the room. It was very clean, appeared updated, and was comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. We would come back!
We truly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the fitted sheet did not stay. They completed peeled down to the middle of the bed.
Stay was wonderful room was very nice and clean wonderful view of deer out side are porch and great breakfast.
The location was nice off the beaten path.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The bed squeaked everytime you moved on it. Bed was too high off the ground. Fridge was not cold at all. No conditioner in the shower bottle. WiFi didn't work.
Entire property was very clean. Staff are helpful. Pool area was great for a young family. Rooms were a bit small, but they were clean, comfortable and quiet.
Was in a convenient location
Still when booking it shows FREE Noah’s ark tickets and FREE Chula Vista but when we got there I was told they were $20 each. I had even called before hand to ask about the tickets to make sure they were included and I was told yes. Only reason I agreed to booking this place but was lied to about the tickets being included which was actually kind of sad
Good clean room. A little noisy because of a volleyball tournament but a good stay.
