Great customer service & facilities
Pros:

The employees there were so nice and accommodating. We didn’t need to ask for much but when we did, they were happy to help. So much so, we extended our stay a night! There was a younger gentleman and a middle aged woman working a lot of the shifts and I have nothing but great things to say about them and their customer service! Hotel room was clean, pool was perfect for all ages, and had a little bar right in the hotel for the adults. Rate was good and included multiple passes: Noah’s ark and Chula Vista. Both of which were nice!

Cons:

The only downside of the hotel is they only had vending machines on the first floor but not a big deal with all they offered.

It was fine because the rooms were nice, but I will stay in a different hotel next time.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. The common room/entrance had a lot of space to hang out. The breakfast was very decent. Nice that they have pancakes and waffles for the kids.

Cons:

My sister had a problem with her booking, although she booked directly with the hotel's website, somehow her booking changed from 2 adults and 2 kids to 3 kids and 1 adult. And the people working that day at the front desk were very rude about it and said there was nothing they could do even though it must have been a computer glitch. So because of that my sister and I could not go to the water park with our children because we didn't get enough tickets and didn't want to pay. Also I had to pay 40 dollars more on Booking.com than directly through their website and the hotel nearly charged me the resort fee twice.
