Like the location.

Cons:

Room had blood stains on blanket. Bathroom floor was gross. Neighbors were incredibly rude and loud late into the night on Friday night.

Being accommodating for my children and nice service!

Pros:

There were no housekeepers to clean the room for 3 days. Out of soap 🧼 for shower 🚿... hash potatoes for breakfast, the hash potatoes were too dry, no tastefully. Ham were dry.

Staff was friendly but hard to find.

Cons:

There was a youth, grade school wrestling team throughout the hotel and the kids were running all around the hotel, even late into the night. The staff was hard to find to complain and none of the kids adults said anything. The pool was non existent for us Friday night due to the amount of kids in there. It made for a bad experience for us.

Disappointing Stay from Start to Finish
Pros:

When checking in at AmericInn by Wyndham in the Dells, there was an immediate push for a timeshare presentation, which felt tacky and inappropriate. The condition of the room was equally disappointing. It was visibly dirty, we found broken toy pieces on the floor, something that should have been caught during even the most basic cleaning. The bathroom was worse, with a strong odor suggesting it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. To make matters more frustrating, the toilet rocked back and forth when used, which is simply unacceptable maintenance. Breakfast was another letdown. The offerings were embarrassingly minimal, waffles, cereal, a few apples, and three pieces of bread to toast. Overall, the experience felt neglected and poorly managed. I would strongly reconsider staying here.

This place is a scam!
Pros:

I like how the hotel was laid out and smelled nice. I liked the little casino.

Cons:

They do not give you passes for Chula Vista or Noah's Ark. When you ask the staff about the passes offered, they say oh no you have to do a 120 minute time share in order to get that. There was no body wash in the shower.

I would recommend this place over Best Western across the street.its much nicer, cleaner, and no long lines at breakfast

The property is located between mt. Olympus and downtown Dells. The room was updated and new. Everything was in new condition. The hallways were quiet.
