When checking in at AmericInn by Wyndham in the Dells, there was an immediate push for a timeshare presentation, which felt tacky and inappropriate. The condition of the room was equally disappointing. It was visibly dirty, we found broken toy pieces on the floor, something that should have been caught during even the most basic cleaning. The bathroom was worse, with a strong odor suggesting it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. To make matters more frustrating, the toilet rocked back and forth when used, which is simply unacceptable maintenance. Breakfast was another letdown. The offerings were embarrassingly minimal, waffles, cereal, a few apples, and three pieces of bread to toast. Overall, the experience felt neglected and poorly managed. I would strongly reconsider staying here.
I like how the hotel was laid out and smelled nice. I liked the little casino.
They do not give you passes for Chula Vista or Noah's Ark. When you ask the staff about the passes offered, they say oh no you have to do a 120 minute time share in order to get that. There was no body wash in the shower.

The property is located between mt. Olympus and downtown Dells. The room was updated and new. Everything was in new condition. The hallways were quiet.
No concerns. Everything was nice.
Staff was very friendly and a little relaxation in the pool and hot tub were a nice retreat from crazy, busy life. Thank you.
Breakfast was a little over cooked and oatmeal would've been a great option to add.

I was on the 2nd floor and in my room, My friend and I couldn't breathe in there and got sick from it being so dry. I'm not sure if they didn't change the filter or there is mold.
The staff were very nice. Thank you destiny for your help and kindness. The pill room is very nice with a bubbling Jacuzzi.
My stay was an undeniable experience from start to finish. Clean rooms great smelling lobby area.
My grandson and I love coming here. He loves playing pool and playing darts! Also, your hot tub is very clean. Which is important to me. Bed and pillows are always very comfortable.
The only complaint I have is right on your first page. It states free water park passes. But they are not free!! The used to be.But now you get charged a resort fee.If you use them!!! You shouldn't be allowed to put on the front page of your site.That they are free because they are not.It's misleading information!!! You should have to put reduced price.Water park passes!!!
We were part of a large group and we did enjoy our stay. The room was clean. Staff were accommodating and available for questions and assistance., We rented the meeting room for the entire weekend and were able to utilize it though out our stay. Per our personal preferences we did not use the pool or hot tub.
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool was heated.
