When i booked this hotel i wasn’t sure about it as there were mixed reviews. Our experience from check in to check out was great! Prince is one of the best employees, he was running the front desk, pouring wine in the bar, grabbing extra towels, etc. The other staff members were kind and accommodating as well. Breakfast was good and no they don’t close early, it’s from 6-9, if you go down after 9, that’s your own fault. They had a good variety of sausage, eggs, waffles with 4 different waffle makers so you don’t have to wait, a couple pancake makers, hash brown patties, toast, muffins, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, etc. The coffee cups are thin so you’ll need two, i always bring my own coffee mug from home so i can have a fuller cup and it’s not hot to carry. The pool area is clean and the water is not freezing cold. the lobby is clean as are the hallways. They do not have Do not disturb signs as they do not disturb you for cleaning, if need towels or other room supplies ask the front desk. And even though the hotel was full, it was quiet. I never heard kids or anybody in the hallways. The room was clean, comfortable beds and powerful water pressure in the shower. The sink is separate from the toilet and shower which is nice. The only issue we had was the fridge must have been set wrong as my cheese tray froze as did my water. The bar area is nice with some video machines, pull tabs one of my favorites, small bar (they only serve beer and wine) and a pool table. There is a very small game room for kids. The elevator is small and can only fit 1 cart and a couple ppl, so best to use the stairs if you’re able. I will definitely stay again as the price was right, the staff was kind, the hotel was clean and not far from downtown. Thanks for everything!

This place was amazing. I loved the room it was very nice, neatly arranged and very clean. I also liked its arcade and the breakfast, especially the pool, and when we got free passes to go to Chula Vista and Noah’s Ark this was the best place ever.

Nice and clean smells clean on the walk in of the entrance hallways were also nice kids loved the lil arcaden and pool area food truck was good and something different it was a nice seat down area as well with bomd fire just set the mood rite with the lights i also wanted to personally thank the host and front desk person who went by the name of "Prince" he was very well spoken with a very good and positive attitude even though some of the guests have no control of there children as some were running a little wild and being obnoxious he keep a smile and made it his priority to get the situations under control and handle with professionalism and got everything resolved with no hesitation he is very good at his job and just for that i will be returning due to his hospitality his kindness and making sure everything was well taking care of just want to him know and all the staff that there hard work goes unnoticed..and its the small things that go a long way i am thankful and well be a returning customer thank you for the experience at the

Nice,cool, clean room. Very friendly staff!!

The front desk staff were friendly when we checked in, but the situation later felt disappointing. My dad was told that any charges would go onto the card and was even asked to scan his card so anything we need or want will be charged on his card .But 2 days later an employee came to our room said he had to pay $250 immediately. When my dad questioned that, the employee said my dad stole beer? mind you nobody was at the bar and a worker said he can grab as many beers and itll be charged on his card. he only grabbed 6 beers . The employee threatened to call the police on my dad and did but my dad just wanted to pay and thats it , he didnt want to make the situation worse.. The issue felt escalated rather than resolved. Even though the front desk interactions were kind, the overall experience left a negative impression. We did end up paying 250 dollars . The worker wanted it in cash specifically? but their atm only let my dad take out 200 later on the worker made him pay the 50$ in card? dosent make sense! other than my dad being threatened , the hotel was nice and the room was clean and good.
