Disappointed from previous stays there which were better

Liked no pets and no smoking

Cons:

We have stayed here many times over the years with great satisfaction. Disappointed this time with visual appearance seems it is running down and hallway and room had strong smells causing my sinuses to swell. We asked to have room exchanged which they did and it was a little better, but not ideal. TV didn’t work.

All in all it was great, we would definitely return
Pros:

We loved the private balcony w/view. The jacuzzi tub in the room. It was clean and cozy.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like except the fireplace did not work properly. Granted it was summer but it got cool at night and ambience factor was missing.
