Everything was nice. Room was clean. Location was great.
Staff was so rude. Fire alarm went off for hours and when complained (not on fire, someone turned on fire place to high) staff was like yea don't blame you for complaining. Just very rude.
Perfect location and staff is great
Price was reasonable. Parking was easy in and out. Located next to Tanger Shops.
Breakfast was below average. Only fresh fruit was bananas. Pool was small. No meeting room for small (14) meeting, but we knew that beforehand. I reviewed approx. 20 properties, but I was overruled on where to stay.
Facility is exceptionally easy to access the Parkway with a redlight two blocks away. Clean room and entire facility. Undercover parking is definitely a plus!!!!
Breakfast!!!! 'Fake' eggs and tasteless gravy for the biscuits!! No grits!! Very few choices for pastrys.

The tv didn’t work very well
Room was average; a bit outdated from a looks standpoint, but overall clean and relatively comfortable. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard fare…eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, and some pastries. Staff was super nice. Fairly attentive, always chatting and saying hi as I passed by, pretty informative as far as what was available and in the area.
The appearance could stand an update. Parking was pretty minimal, while I didn’t have an issue parking, a couple people were parking in random non spaces…would be a problem had the hotel been packed.

The location is perfectly settled near the river! Very peaceful while sitting on the balcony. I came to relax for my 32nd birthday and it was the best! Thank you for the location of the room! The view of the river was gorgeous! As a housekeeper for a hotel company i appreciated the cleanse of the room and yes i did check. I read reviews about the beds being uncomfortable but my boyfriend and i slept great! I will definitely be back and book here again!
They are serious about their checkout time at 11. Guy came knocking at 10:43 even when we had the do not disturb sign on. Happy my boyfriend put the latch on or he would have walked in on us. I was almost done getting ready to leave.
