All in all it was very nice. Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary.
Pros:

Very good location. Across the street from the Apple Barn, which we love. Peaceful view of the Little Pigeon River. Away from a lot of the more congested areas.

Cons:

The breakfast bar could have had a little more choice . No oatmeal, or yogurt or orange juice and no fruit except bananas that were overripe.

Okay other than house keeping.
Pros:

Everything was nice Housekeeping did not change the sheets during or stay. The sheets needed to be changed. They just made the bad and left the stain.

Overall except for the shower issue we had a nice stay. Would make sure we had a bathtub next time.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The usual eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, assorted pastries, waffles and so on. Very clean establishment and friendly staff. Very good location close to everything.

Cons:

Put us in a room that only had a stand-up shower that you could barely turn around in. Almost fell out of the shower trying to rinse the soap off of myself. The shower head needs more adjustment to direct the flow of water.

Smokies never disappoints
Pros:

Location and easy to get in and out
Breakfast good quality but out of prepared food/sausage and eggs a couple mornings.
Bed comfortable and nice balcony. Room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

Lack of hot water. No furniture-table and chairs in room. Only rack for one suitcase. Although we didn’t ask for handicap room, bathtub and hot tub slippery. Not the best quality for the cost.

Pros:

The hotel was dated but our room was cleaned daily. Staff was polite. Breakfast was okay, typical hotel items. Parking was not a problem. We wanted a room facing the river but because we booked through a third party, our request was denied. Pricing was fair.
