We weren’t there very long but the desk staff was very welcoming and kind.
Pros:

It was a lovely property but we had to change our plans and leave after the first night. I’ve never used Booking.com before and they told us at the AmericInn that in order to get a refund for the second night I had to go through you. Sometimes in travel things change and I hope you understand that.

La gentillesse du personnel, le côté déco montagne, la ville de Cody (très animée)
Nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’aller à la piscine mais elle avait l’air très bien

Cons:

Sombre, manque de modernité, pas d’ascenseur

A good stop on the way to Yellowstone on a budget.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was great and room overall was what we expected. The facility was overall a little aged and dated but this was expected.

Cons:

No major concerns, the breakfast was ok although the main area was a little dark and while the furnishings fit the decor it seemed crowded and didn't flow well.

Exceptional customer service.
Pros:

We wanted to check-in early and the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to find us a room that was ready without making us feel like we were inconveniencing her.
