Pros:

The room is clean and spacious

Cons:

There’s no iron in the room, we have to call and request.
The room I booked doesn’t include breakfast/ sahur, I’m only get notified after I receive the room key. I wish they could inform me earlier.

We liked a lot of things but the best part would definitely be the customer service.
Pros:

Our stay at Nilai Springs Resort was truly enjoyable, but what stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, every staff member, from the entrance team and reception to the concierge and door staff was incredibly welcoming. It genuinely felt like everyone enjoyed serving their guests, which made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The resort also offers a great variety of food choices, and having a convenience store on-site was very helpful. We loved the hotel’s décor; elegant and thoughtfully designed. In particular, my mum couldn’t stop admiring the dried flower bouquet arrangements; they were so beautifully done that she paused to look at them every time we passed by.

Housekeeping was excellent as well; efficient, attentive, and consistently maintaining the cleanliness of our room. Overall, the warm hospitality, lovely ambience, and convenient facilities made our stay at Nilai Springs Resort a memorable one.

Cons:

The TV remote was confusing to my mum.

Good stay
Pros:

We chose this hotel because of its location. It is near to a few malls and the airport is around 30 minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room was also quite nice. The room itself is pretty comfortable with the amenities we needed. We'll stay here again in the future.

Cons:

It looked like they missed a few spots while cleaning. We found a bit of rubbish under the table. As the hotel is a bit old, some parts need maintenance but everything worked fine.
