mais restaurant peu sympathique. Certes nous sommes arrivés attd mais les shoraires d’oiberture du resto etaitent compatibles avec un diner. Nous avons eu l’impression de deranger pour deux pizzas, arrivees au bout de 45 minutes. Menage debuté avant que le repas ne soit fini…

Everything was perfect wish we could have stay longer since it was a short trip

The air conditioning wasn’t working well then the technician came to check but issue still persist and then the offer a new room with an upgrade.

Dissapointed.
Pros:

The room was spacious, staff were friendly and helpful when we called to add additional rooms.

Cons:

Though the staff was friendly, we have requested for an extra beds to be added into the room before the arrival for my parents before 10pm. However, bed wasn't sorted at that time. Its 10pm, I do not see why it could not be done when the check out time is at 12pm usually, they have 10 hours to get the room prepared.

We even paid beforehand, before booking, we asked if the extra bed is a hard bed cause both of my folks are 70plus and bringing a handicapped sister, we expected good quality bed, was told it is going to be a hard one but it was not.

Mum also said that the switch on the kettle broken when they tried to boil water. Bathroom curtains and under the sink were full of molds. Iron was also burnt. We always travel to Nilai and is just wanting to find a good hotel so we could always come back. Saw the reviews was good and we decided to try but it seems like the other smaller hotel was even better. Though they are small but at least it is clean.
