Buena ubicación para lo que necesitaba
La habitación que me asignaron daba a la avenida y no aisla prácticamente nada el ruido exterior, por lo cual hace prácticamente imposible dormir
la ubicación fue determinante para la elección. Ya lo había utilizado y regresé.
hubo una falta del servicio de comedor por una reunión particular.

El personal es muy amable, el tamaño de la habitación y cama son muy buenos. La vista es muy bonita (si te toca habitación con vista a la ciudad)
El aire acondicionado en la habitación hacía mucho ruido para mi gusto, el jabón y shampoo proporcionados por el hotel me parecieron de baja calidad, pero si te llevas lo propio no hay problema.

Two minutes walk from Mexico City North Bus Terminal, a major hub for buses to northern Mexico. Also direct bus to Teotihuacán, walking distance to Basilica de Guadalupe….
Restaurant waiters are super rude and they stole our personal items, we accidentally left our umbrella and we went back 10 mins after and asked and they stated they don't know and the restaurant is slow, waiters makes you feel like we are stupid on how we talk knowing we are not from there, they laugh, room was not as expected walls are dirty, restrooms and showers as well.

There is no refrigerator or ice machine, you need to pay for cup and ice down in the restaurant, Property needs to be up to date with cleanness.
