Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Le personnel de l accueil était très très bien
Et la personne qui est intervenue pour les réparations de notre fuite

Cons:

Les employés qui font leur pose à la piscine en buvant de l alcool et fumant de la weed… peut être est ce notoriété publique mais en tant que français nous ne sommes pas habitués et cela donne une mauvaise image de l hôtel

The room was very nice
Pros:

it was picked over could have been better.

Cons:

I was told on the phone by one staff member I could go ahead and check into my room. and then when I got there the lady told me I couldn't.

Pros:

Upon our 10:00 pm arrival, we drove up to a very dark parking lot with few empty spaces. Arriving in the lobby, we found a sign on the desk to take a seat in the lobby and someone would be back soon. After waiting about ten minutes, a clerk came. She told us that we had been automatically upgraded to a double king suite (which we didn’t need). It was on the first floor but we had requested a high floor but hey, we are tired. When we got to our room, we found the trash can running over. The front desk clerk can quickly to take care of it. When I started to bed, my foot hit something and I found empty drink bottles under the bed. The toilet had black rings. Breakfast had multiple choices of eggs but no other protein like bacon or sausage. We will not stay here again.

Pleased.
Pros:

Location was good. Check in was easy. Size of room was good. Room was quiet. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Not terrible, but could have been cleaner in bathroom area (I'm probably overly picky) and the sheets could have been more comfortable.

So happy I booked here!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and enjoyable to be around! The location was excellent and very comfortable!

Cons:

The lighting in my room, specifically the bathroom/mirror area, was dimmer than I’d expected. This made it a little difficult to get ready in the morning while doing my makeup.
