So happy I booked here!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and enjoyable to be around! The location was excellent and very comfortable!

Cons:

The lighting in my room, specifically the bathroom/mirror area, was dimmer than I’d expected. This made it a little difficult to get ready in the morning while doing my makeup.

Overall very nice
Pros:

Location was convenient for our stay. The breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean, staff very professional.

Cons:

Shower head in the bath needed to be cleaned. Water sprayed in several directions. TV did not have all channels available.

I would stay here again!
Pros:

Every staff member we met was awesome! The room was very large and clean. The location was great. It’s a good option with such limited choices in Statesboro!

Cons:

Pricing soars around GSU home football games. The average rate is very fair for this hotel. Gameday weekends you’re paying Ritz Carlton prices.

Also the breakfast lacked a lot to be desired, we ended up going out for breakfast.

Pros:

T v didn't work, only 1 ice maker for the entire 3 story hotel which off course was empty. In room phone didn't work. The employees seem not to care much about the poor hotel infrastructure.

Looked forward to a 3 night stay while in Statesboro. The room rate was higher than we were hoping to pay for this stay but the room was ready the first day and the breakfast was generous and delicious the next morning. Then came the disappointment-2 more nights in a room that was not serviced even when I made it clear at check in that we wanted clean towels daily and beds made, etc. Calls to the front desk explained their policy of doing room service every other day. Okay, then the next day we would have clean towels and waste baskets emptied and beds made. No! The cleaning crew was outside our door twice as we left but the front desk made another excuse that our room was not on their schedule but the other crew was not finished for the day yet. The front desk personnel delivered clean towels but the used ones stayed damp on the bathroom floor until I picked them up and placed them in the hallway on the 3rd morning. That pile was still there when we checked out the fourth morning. We had to ask for tissues as those ran out. When you pay over $650 for your 3 night stay, we didn't think it was unreasonable to expect the room service requested at check in. Very disappointed.
