Boracay Summer Palace

Clean rooms. Check in time. Came in at 10 am. Asked if we can have early check in. Been at that hotel 3rd time. N 10/1 not peak season. Begged to have an early checked in as we 4 of us left Manila 3 am. No sleep. Been to other hotels n asked n check in granted as early as 19 am even the allowed check in time is 2 pm. No consideration. Allowed at 1 pm where I told front desk the we r so tired as no sleep at all. No one in the room as we first asked to see our room plus not peak season. Policy she said. This is my third time there n liked the cleanliness. Also walking to the beach area, the walk way not great. Right of way. Not safe n dark. Management should improve it like putting some light post n cementing the walkway towards the beach. This time. I am disappointed no consideration for us. I wouldn’t beg if we r not tired n had enough sleep.

Count your amenities bfore and after stay , they will charge you once missing. We supposed to be charged by the staff even there mistake. But we insist we count so they returned the money.

Excellent facilities, spacious room, excellent internet. Location is next to E mall. 3 minutes walk to the beach

Boracay Summer Palace is an amazing place to stay, the beach was less than 10 min walk. Amazing and friendly staff who kept the experience amazing.

That hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are quite nice. It's only a 5-7 walk to the beach

Internet connection is poor. Rats are scratching at the ceiling of room 231.

The best thing about our stay in the hotel is the front desk staff named BELLE. She is very helpful courteous patient, has pleasing personality too. The housekeeping staff is also commendable for responding to our needs right away

We did not use the hotel... we moved out the first night.. if you could refund my payment that will be nice... its undescribable how ugly it is.... very 😠 frustrated...

Hotel was old and room had a terrible mildew smell. U could tell the mold had been painted over. Barhroom was nice, bed was hard and pool was cloudy the whole time. Super sketchy walk to the beach. Would have been nice to have a chair on the porch or a chaise lounge at the pool that wasnt floor level. Staff was very helpful.

Pro: the service was amazing, the personal very helpful and nice. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel were perfect. Especially Remar and Monneth have been very attentive to my needs.
Con: It would have been great that the hotel offered a supper at night.
