I really enjoyed my stay at Garden Hotel Zagreb! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Their warm welcome made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A great choice for anyone visiting Zagreb. I would definitely come back again! 🥰🇭🇷

Agradável estadia.
Pros:

O quarto era bem espaçoso e confortável, o café da manhã, muito bom.

Cons:

À noite, próximo ao hall da recepção, fica um cheiro de lixo muito forte, provavelmente porque o lixo é recolhido para algum local perto de lá.

Vraticemo se opet
Pros:

Velika soba, mnogo veca nego standardne. Osoblje fantasticno. Dva puta smo boravili porodicno u kratkom periodu, vraticemo se i sledeci put.

Cons:

Bilo je malo toplo u sobi, ali nakon sto smo drzali pola sata otvorene prozore odlicno smo spavali.

Not worth the money!
Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

Very noisy from the tramways in front of our window, couldnt sleep. Paper thin walls, when the neighbour would close their door our tv would bounce of the wall. Ventilation dirty, dirty walls, indented mattress. Breakfast was ok.

Great staff and location, but...
Pros:

Staff were great. Polite and very helpful. Location was excellent. Close to the centre and around the corner from the trams.

Cons:

In general, the hotel was quite shabby and in need of some attention. The photos on Booking.com really don't reflect the place as it is now.

Rooms lack any tea or coffee making facilities.

Showers seem to be possessed and change water temperature all of a sudden, from warm to cold, and then really hot. Also not great that all rooms are connected to a central heating / air conditioning system, so rooms cannot be adjusted individually.

When we first checked in we were given a room at the front of the hotel. It was very small with a damaged fridge that kicked out a lot of heat. Throughout the night we the trams passed loudly and we could hear people making a lot of noise until 4.30am. I know it's close to a city centre, but rooms like this should have sound insulation. This had nothing of the sort.

I complained about the room and the noise in the morning and, to the receptionists credit, we were moved to a bigger room at the rear of the hotel. It was very quiet.

Получили большой стресс
Cons:

Приехали на одну ночь проездом чтобы посмотреть Загреб. Не забронировали парковку в отеле в надежде решить все на месте. Оказалось мест нет. Нас отправили на неохраняемую грязную парковку рядом с заброшенными ангарами в километре от отеля. Поскольку машина была полна габаритных вещей, которые невозможно было выгрузить, побоялись оставлять в таком безлюдном месте без гарантии сохранности машины и вещей. Умоляли девушку на ресепшен организовать место рядом с отелем - безрезультатно, ни помощи, ни понимания ситуации. В итоге два часа метались по вечернему городу, чтобы найти место для машины с охраной самостоятельно. Получили большой стресс и потратили время.
Все остальное тоже было не очень.
Номер был так себе, унылый. Остальной персонал не очень доброжелательный и равнодушный. На завтраках еды мало и невкусная. Кофе растворимый.
Уезжали охотно, поскольку почувствовали себя ненужными.
