Enjoyed the hotel and city very much
Pros:

We had a riverview room and it was fantastic. Great location and tuk tuk right outside our door made our stay and destinations very enjoyable

J’avais réservé une chambre au second tarif, sur place j’ai une chambre au prix le plus bas.
La piscine n’était pas accessible.

1ere chambre proposée sentait beaucoup la fumée. On m’a proposé une autre, dans l’ensemble ça sent souvent une odeur de fumée dans cette chambre aussi. Je ne supporte pas la fumée. C’est pourquoi je ne me suis pas resté.

The location was excellent

Cons:

Lack of basic facilities such as soap, shower gel, tea bags.

Poor breakfast, no sausages first morning, coffee was chargeable other than the sachet type.

AC in one of the rooms was faulty and not repaired, instead switched off.

Would have gladly paid a little more to have the basic essentials.

Nice hotel close to restaurants and attractions. Most within walking distance.

Cons:

Coffee was premixed in packets, not just pure coffee. It didn't taste too well. I could hear other occupants entering their rooms on the same floor but they overall they were respectful and kept quiet. There was only one instance where they had a very loud party next door. I went to the reception desk and they gave me a different room for that night on a different floor.
